"Ham. How many days in a row must a man be expected to start his day with ham? Bring so beer at least. You look exhausted. Was your moonlight ride that tiring?"
"He knows," Lyanna said with a squeak.
"Jeor is a good man. He won't punish anyone for just that" Ned consoled her softly.
Catelyn watched curiously and furiously. Why did the woman care what happened to the bastard?
[Jon looks at the Lord Commander with surprise.]
"Don't look so terrified. If we beheaded everyone that ran away for the night, only ghosts would guard the Wall. At least you weren't whoring in Mole's Town. Honour made you leave, honor brought you back."
Lyanna smiled in relief.
"My friends brought back."
"I didn't say it was your honour."
"They killed my father."
"And you're gonna bring him back to life, are you? No? Good. We've had enough of that sort of thing. Beyond the Wall, the Rangers are reporting whole villages abandoned. At night they see fires blazing in the mountains from dusk until dawn. A captured wildling swears their tribes are uniting in so secret stronghold, to what ends the gods only know."
"To cross the wall and save themselves from the White Walkers" Jon Snow stated calmly when a few eyes went to him. "They don't want to die."
"Nor do they want to follow a King" Brandon the Elder pointed out. "If they wish to stay in the North, they will have to bend the knee."
"The freefolk will not do so easily" Jon Snow shook his head. "An alternative would be better."
"Or perhaps the threat of white walkers might change their minds" Robb Stark pointed out.
"Hardly" Jon Snow shook his head again.
"An alternative then" Ned sighed. There goes his plans of mass migration. He'll need to think, and fast.
"Outside Eastwatch Cotter Pyke's n discovered four blue-eyed corpses. Unlike us, they were wise enough to burn them."
"They're getting closer" Jon Snow muttered softly.
"When dead n and worse co hunting for us in the night, do you think it matters who sits on the Iron Throne?"
"No."
"Good. Because I want you and your wolf with us when we ride out beyond the Wall tomorrow."
"Beyond the Wall?"
"I'll not sit ekly by and wait for the snows. I an to find out what's happening. The Night's Watch will ride in force against the wildlings, the White Walkers and whatever else is out there. And we will find Benjen Stark, alive or dead. I will command them myself. So I'll only ask you once, Lord Snow, are you a brother of the Night's Watch or a bastard boy who wants to play at war?"
A few people inhaled sharply.
"If the Wildlings are gathering... do the Watch have enough n to fight them?" Robb asked.
"They gather but they are not the type to fight together or in discipline. The Night's Watch will have an advantage there" Renly explained.
Will they? Brynden thought with a frown.
[The n of the Night's Watch gather their forces at leave to range Beyond the Wall. Lord Commander Mormont leads them, with Jon amongst his brothers.]
"Don't die out there Snow" Robb mumbled to himself.
[Across the Narrow Sea, Daenerys is leading a ceremony for Drogo after his death. Rakharo picks up the dragon eggs from their chest, speaking in Dothraki]
"Is this your command, Khaleesi?"
[Daenerys nods, Rakharo places the eggs next to Drogo's funeral pyre.]
"Drogo will have no use for dragon eggs in the Night Lands. Sell them. You can return to the Free Cities and live as a wealthy woman for all your days."
"A better idea" Rhaegar frowned. What was his sister thinking?
"They were not given to to sell."
"Khaleesi, my Queen, I vow to serve you, obey you, to die for you if need be, but let him go, Khaleesi. I know what you intend. Do not."
"I must. You don't understand."
"Don't ask to stand aside as you climb on that pyre. I won't watch you burn."
"Daenerys!" Rhaegar said sharply.
"She can't hear you" Daenerys said in a deadpan, worry and fear in her eyes.
"Is that what you fear?"
[She kisses Jorah on the cheek, then speaks to the rest of the Dothraki and Lhazareen who stayed with her.]
"You will be my khalasar. I see the faces of slaves. I free you. Take off your collars. Go if you wish, no one will stop you. But if you stay it will be as brothers and sisters, as husbands and wives."
"The girl is a drear" Tyrion snorted. n better than her have tried, and none live to tell the tale.
[Mirri Maz Duur is shown tied and bound by rope.]
"Good" Varys muttered.
"Ser Jorah, bind this woman to the pyre. You swore to obey . I am Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen of the blood of old Valyria. I am the Dragon's daughter. And I swear to you that those who would harm you will die screaming."
"You will not hear scream."
"I will. But it is not your screams I want. Only your life."
"Life for a life" Brandon the Younger mumbled Mirri Maz Duur's words.
[Daenerys walks towards the pyre and lights it on fire with a torch. Mirri Maz Duur starts uttering so incantations which quickly turn into screaming. Daenerys walks into the burning pyre as her dress catches fire. The flas engulf everything, and the screen fades to black.]
Q. What happens to Daenerys?
A) She is burned to death along with the rest
B) She is burned but does not die imdiately but slowly does
C) She becos completely immune to fire and walks out unscath.
D) She successfully hatches her three dragons without getting burned at all.
"D) She successfully hatches her three dragons without getting burned at all." Daenerys answers the mont she sees this option.
"D) she successfully - ah! Looks like I was slow by a second this ti" Jon Snow said as he shook his head but wasn't dissatisfied much.
"A) She is Burned to death" Robert Baratheon answers
Rhaegar closed his eyes and held back the urge to hug her sister. The last of his siblings gone, he couldn't bring himself to watch. He grasped Elia's hand tightly when she grabbed his hand.
[We then cut to the next day in the morning. Jorah goes to the pyre to see if there's anything left of it. Amidst the smoke, a naked Daenerys appears, covered in soot and carrying three baby dragons in her arms and back.]
Elia exclaid sharply and on reflex Rhaegar opened his eyes.
[Everyone else bows to her as her dragons start screeching.]
Rhaegar couldn't help but stare in awe, shock and wonder at the sight.
Wrong answer by Robert Baratheon he loses the chance to answer next two questions.
Congratulations to Daenerys Targaryen for the right answer and get 10,000 Cavalry soldiers and 10,000 Spartan soldiers.
