Although Li Bo’an asked Fang Jian to get Bai Qiao Xin in line, Bai Qiao Xin’s constant NGs were still frustrating for him. Finally, together with Fang Jian, they called Bai Qiao Xin aside individually, taking turns to convince her, and finally persuaded Bai Qiao Xin to agree to act her scenes with Ning Shuangshuang without causing trouble.

After persuading Bai Qiao Xin, the filming finally proceeded smoothly with her reluctant cooperation. Three months later, Nine-tailed Heavenly Fox was finally completed, and when the movie wrapped up, Li Bo’an and Fang Jian both sighed in relief. Reflecting on Bai Qiao Xin’s antics during the shooting, they both decided not to work with Bai Qiao Xin again.

It’s rare to see soone with poor acting skills insisting on stepping over others only to end up embarrassing themselves, repeatedly stumbling and not learning from their mistakes.

After filming wrapped up, Ning Shuangshuang’s agent Jin An imdiately took the not-so-well Ning Shuangshuang to see a psychologist. This psychologist was an old acquaintance of Jin An, soone who had often helped Jin An’s artists with psychological issues, and was well-versed in Ning Shuangshuang’s problems.

After seeing the psychologist for half a month, Ning Shuangshuang finally erged from the state of being deeply imrsed in the role. Although she was sowhat frightened after coming out of character, she felt even more excitent.

Such deep imrsion in a role left her both fearful and fascinated, the feeling of completely assuming another persona was so wonderful and magical. Ning Shuangshuang thought she might never experience this sensation again if she didn’t encounter a better script.

Ning Shuangshuang could clearly feel that her acting skills had improved significantly after filming this scene. As her acting matured, she would be able to transition in and out of roles more quickly, making such deep imrsion increasingly rare since not all scripts could ignite such passion in her.

The scene was too demanding. Even now, with the help of a psychologist, having erged from such a state, Ning Shuangshuang still felt very tired—not physically, but psychologically.

Fortunately, the movie crew paid well this ti, and with future box office bonuses, Ning Shuangshuang decided to take so ti off and fully establish her pet center and pet hospital before proceeding further.

Since Ning Shuangshuang approached it with the mindset of sustaining it with her earnings, her pet center and pet hospital were particularly successful.

The pet rescue center indeed was a significant financial burden, whereas the pet hospital was earning due to its excellent dical equipnt and certified pet doctors, making it popular among pet owners and quite profitable.

Though the earnings were high, as the number of animals in the pet rescue center increased, the revenue from the pet hospital beca insufficient. Luckily, the deficit wasn’t too large, and Ning Shuangshuang still had enough money to cover it temporarily.

Three months had passed since Nine-tailed Heavenly Fox wrapped up, and the editing and post-production were completed, ready for release.

When Ning Shuangshuang accepted the script for Nine-tailed Heavenly Fox, the weather was hot, but by the ti filming wrapped, autumn had set in, and now, with the editing complete and the film set for release, it was already winter. It was almost a holiday release if delayed by two more days.

Now Ning Shuangshuang has a huge fan base, and imdiately after her new movie was released, a large group of fans flocked to the cinema to show their support.

Ning Shuangshuang, wearing a mask, sat among the crowd, eagerly waiting to see her film on screen. As the movie to which she had devoted most effort, Ning Shuangshuang was really keen to know the audience’s opinions.

The film opened with Bai Qiao Xin’s character Lian Qianqian transforming from the Nine-tailed Fox into a human, gracefully clad in a luxurious red dress, flaunting allure, fully embodying all the fox spirit fantasies.

Originally, Lian Qianqian was designed to appear pure and calm in a white dress, matching the Nine-tailed Heavenly Fox’s white body. But after Bai Qiao Xin altered the character setup, Lian Qianqian turned into this flamboyantly alluring figure vividly representing the fox spirit traits.

Lian Qianqian entered the human world and t the male lead, fell in love under his charm, with neither the viewing public nor Ning Shuangshuang’s portrayal of Lian Xianxian eliciting any significant reactions from the audience.

Not until Ning Shuangshuang made her appearance in male attire as Lian Mushi did the audience react; despite no discussions, continuous soft exclamations filled the cinema, giving Ning Shuangshuang great pleasure.

Especially in the final scene, Lian Mushi, unable to bear Lian Qianqian’s sorrow, reluctantly let her and her husband go, then turned to smile knowingly at Lian Xianxian. In harmony, they sacrificed themselves to seal the Demon Clan Venerable, profoundly moving the audience to tears, filling the cinema with quiet sobbing sounds.

The two-hour film concluded, and a burst of discussion erupted in the cinema. Ning Shuangshuang observed the discussions mostly focused on her role, so amazed at her expressive portrayal of Lian Mushi, others praising the production’s integrity, and so sympathizing for Lian Mushi and Lian Xianxian.

Ning Shuangshuang’s ardent fan ng iqi, inspired by the movie, rushed ho to log onto her account to write a review.

Upon logging in, ng iqi found out that before she could write her review, a film critic with over twenty million fans had already penned a lengthy review.

ng iqi was surprised. She knew this person; despite having many followers, they rarely wrote reviews and never accepted commissions. They were a genuine enthusiast who wrote reviews purely for the sake of writing, which attracted a large following.

ng iqi, feeling subtly displeased about her beloved idol’s first review being snatched away, opened and began reading the review.

"I am soone who doesn’t often write reviews, and those who follow know that unless it’s a movie I particularly like, I won’t write a review or recomnd it to you. But today, I want to recomnd this film, Nine-tailed Heavenly Fox, a rare movie that truly touched ."

"This film is a multi-protagonist film, indeed. Initially, I thought Nine-tailed Heavenly Fox’s Lian Qianqian was the main character, but after Lian Xianxian and Lian Mushi appeared, I realized this movie has four leads: Lian Qianqian, her mortal husband, Lian Xianxian, and Lian Mushi. Each of them is equally significant, and if one must be chosen as the main lead, I believe it’s Lian Mushi."
