"S-Class dungeons? Are you out of your mind? People struggle just to clear B-Class dungeons.

Above that, there’s A-Class—which no hunter group has managed to clear in the last hundred years.

And you’re talking about S-Class?

That’s not just a dungeon—it’s a graveyard.

Everyone who ever went in... never ca back."

Logan’s final words left Rowan completely speechless.

"Yeah, I know it sounds impossible," Logan continued.

"But this isn’t just about curiosity. The way things are going—if no one takes any action now, what do you think will happen in the future?

Do you think there’ll be anyone left alive on Earth to even be called human?

You told yourself that you want to protect your people. That’s why you’re searching for reliable companions—soone you can trust with your eyes closed, rember?

But imagine—even if you manage to protect them from foreign kingdoms, what happens if they all fall victim to dungeon breakouts instead?

What’s the point then?

Dying at the hands of n or monsters—death is death.

Does it really matter whose hands it cos from?"

Logan spoke a lot in one breath.

In his previous life, even while chasing after power, thinking about others ca naturally to him.

And that habit hadn’t changed in this life either.

"You’re misunderstanding ," Rowan said quickly.

"I never said we shouldn’t do it. I just ant—it’s not possible for us." Rowan tried to explain himself, hoping Logan wouldn’t take it the wrong way.

"Yes, you’re absolutely right," Logan nodded.

"But I never said I’m going to rush into an S-Class dungeon tomorrow or the day after.

My imdiate plan is to get a hunter license and start dungeon raids properly. At first, I’ll join smaller raids—like D-Class, E-Class, or even F-Class. And I’ll continue my training alongside it.

With both body strengthening techniques and magic, I’m sure I can reach that level one day."

And deep inside, he thought, "I have to know what really happened in the past. Why did cultivation cease to exist? What happened to Nolan? And if cultivation really did fade away over ti due to lack of spiritual energy...

Then how did an Orc’s remnants, a thousand years later, have spiritual energy? Where did it co from?"

Hearing Logan’s words, Rowan realized he wasn’t being reckless.

This was a long-term plan.

And suddenly, Rowan rembered again who he was speaking to.

He wasn’t just talking to anybody.

He was talking to a boy who had overwheld a tournant at the age of twelve—even while holding back. God knows how much.

"So if he’s saying it... then maybe... he really can."

Rowan looked at Logan and paused for a mont in thought.

Then, finally, he asked,

"Logan, can I ask you for a favor?"

"Of course, Rowan," Logan replied instantly.

"If it weren’t for you, I’d have never learned any of this. So if it’s within my power, I’ll absolutely do it."

Because what he said was the truth.

Without Rowan, Logan would never have discovered the truth about this world.

The knowledge he had gained through him was life-changing.

It had completely shifted how he viewed this new life.

At first, he had thought he was reborn in a different world.

But now... he knew the truth.

He wasn’t in a different world.

He was in the sa one... just far, far ahead in ti.

And secondly—after spending these last two or three days with Rowan, and watching his character up close—Logan had started to trust him...Truly.

A person who would jump in front of monsters to save soone else, without even thinking of himself—

That kind of man could never be called untrustworthy.

"I want to spar with you," Rowan said at last.

"A friendly one. But like in the tournant. You won’t be allowed to hold back."

Rowan wasn’t a competitive type.

But still... the temptation to fight Logan head-on was impossible to resist.

Logan was caught off guard. He hadn’t expected a request like this.

With a faint grin, he replied,

"The way you started... I thought you were going to ask for sothing important. What’s the big deal about sparring with ?"

"You’re Tier 1. I’m Tier 3. The gap is obvious—I’m supposed to win easily," Rowan admitted.

"But that body strengthening technique of yours... that’s what changes everything. I want to see what we’ve truly lost. I want to witness the real power of it."

"Alright. If that makes you happy, we’ll spar," Logan agreed with a sly smile.

"But just don’t start crying after the match begins, alright?"

"Hahaha! I might not win, but I’m not that soft either," Rowan laughed.

"So, when are we doing this?" Logan asked.

"Hmm... after lunch. Let’s say afternoon," Rowan replied.

Then he suddenly paused and exclaid,

"Oh—speaking of lunch, it’s already ti! We’d better go now, or else Daliah will co storming in and start yelling at us."

Rembering Daliah’s face and attitude, they both couldn’t help but burst in a light laughter.

The two left the library together and headed toward the dining hall.

Rowan felt genuinely excited.

Because today... he was going to face Logan’s true strength.

Yesterday, he got a glimpse when Logan fought the Orc.

But watching and experiencing—those were two entirely different things.

And Rowan wanted to experience it himself.

The pressure.

The power.

The strength behind body cultivation.

Within a few minutes, they reached the dining hall.

Rowan gently pushed the door open and stepped inside. Logan followed close behind.

As they entered, they saw Daliah already seated.

They were about to sit down when, suddenly, Daliah stood up and walked straight to Rowan.

She stopped right in front of him and examined him closely.

Rowan flinched.

"What is she up to now?"

Then, like a sniffing beast, Daliah leaned forward and began sniffing around Rowan’s shoulders.

"What are you doing, Daliah? Sitting at ho all day made you go crazy or what?" Rowan asked.

But instead of replying, she said seriously,

"There’s sothing weird about your scent today. Sothing different."

"Huh? Where?" Rowan sniffed himself, wondering if sothing slled off.

But Daliah shook her head and said,

"It’s not a bad sll. It’s... excitent."

"You sll excited today." She smirked.

"Even your face says it. So, what’s going on?"
