It seed that Sect Master Leng caught the doubt lurking within Second Elder’s eyes. With a light sigh, he raised his hand to pat Second Elder’s shoulder, shaking his head helplessly.
“Second Elder, do you think marrying my daughter would be a blessing or a disaster?”
“Er…”
Second Elder was sharply taken aback.
What blessing? Leng Yiyu is a calamity incarnate!
“To choose a wife is to choose virtue; no one wishes to welco a troublemaker into their ho. The current sect master is at his wits’ end, that’s why I’ve thought of the Tusu Sect. Tell the Young Master of the Tusu Sect that I’ll handle all affairs on his behalf.”
“As the Sect Master commands, I understand what I must do.”
Second Elder gave a deep bow to Sect Master Leng, having already made plans in his mind. It seed the sect master planned to no longer stand up for the young lady in the future.
Indeed, given the young lady’s arrogant nature, even without the Sect Master’s support, she would still stir up plenty of trouble.

He had already sensed movents from the hidden passage; Yi Kun was coming up, and he wouldn’t normally do so unless a matter of great urgency had occurred.
But Yi Kun had been in the secret chamber all this ti; what could it possibly be?
Could it be that he wants to see Nichen?
Sect Master Leng wanted to wait a little longer on this matter; he had seen the hatred for the Eternal Night Sect in Nichen’s eyes. As a father, he did not wish for his two sons to face each other like enemies.
As the entrance to the hidden passage opened, Leng Yikun imdiately stepped out.
“Father, there’s trouble.”
He was imnsely anxious, grasping his father’s hand at once.
“What’s so urgent?”
Sect Master Leng didn’t understand. What could have occurred that made Yi Kun so agitated?
“Sobody used as a vessel and trapped soone inside , and that person is Nichen,” Leng Yikun said in an urgent and pale tone.
“Hm?”
Sect Master Leng paused, not grasping the situation imdiately.
But soon enough, he understood what his son was getting at and assessed him from head to toe.
“You said they used you as a vessel? The Soul Binding Technique?”
“Yes, the Soul Binding Technique. We must find a solution quickly, or Nichen will be in danger,” Leng Yikun nodded and said.
“You’re talking about Nichen? Impossible.”
Sect Master Leng shook his head, feeling it improbable. If the person trapped was Nichen, Yi Kun wouldn’t be so calm.
Nichen felt nothing for them, he hadn’t grown up in the Eternal Night Sect, and had even been targeted for assassination by Lady Leng’s people. If he knew he was trapped in Leng Yikun’s body, he would surely take revenge on Yi Kun, at the very least, not make things easy for him.
Sect Master Leng was aware of such a technique. Although breaking the technique could be difficult, the person inside could also do it directly without dying.
However, while the person inside might suffer injuries, the one whose body ford the array would surely die; if the trapped soul was unyielding, the host would invariably perish.
“Why not? I am certain it’s Nichen!”
Leng Yikun first questioned, then stated with surety. He was certain of it, how could it be impossible?
