The little baby, well, was usually stuck either in his dad’s space or his mom’s space and had never really thought about what the outside world was like.

But the little baby couldn’t sit still and kept trying to sneak out.
As it happened, Leng Yikun and Yuu Rong were taking a stroll outside, so An Jiuyue handed the little baby over to them, letting the little bundle of joy enjoy the scenery of the Plant Plane.
Not even two hours later, as An Jiuyue was refining dicinal pills, she heard a commotion outside.
Yuu Rong hurriedly rushed in, his forehead slick with sweat and his face pale. In his haste, he stumbled as he entered the room and nearly planted his face on the ground.
“What’s going on? Why are you so flustered?”

Yuu Rong was panicking. He and Leng Yikun hadn’t managed to keep an eye on the little baby, and now, the child was lost. Losing face was one thing, but losing the baby? How could he not be frantic?
“Missing? How did he go missing?”
An Jiuyue, hearing his words, didn’t seem overly worried. She packed away the dicinal pills from the pill-refining furnace before looking up to ask him.
Her precious son, though often cooped up in the space, was a sharp little one despite his tender age. His quick thinking usually ca in handy at critical monts.
You could tell from how cleverly he outwitted his daddy every single day.
What ordinary not-even-two-year-old kid could manage such feats?
“I…”
Yuu Rong opened his mouth but was overwheld with sha.
“Both Yi Kun and I were watching over Little Nuonuo, but sohow… We were both holding his hands, and when we looked again, the child wasn’t Nuonuo.”
It baffled him. How could Nuonuo disappear?
He and Leng Yikun were absolutely certain they hadn’t let go of the little baby’s hands!
One on the left, the other on the right, they had leisurely strolled along the street with the little boy, glancing at stalls and explaining what the goods were for as they walked.
No matter how much they thought about it, they couldn’t figure out when Nuonuo had been swapped for soone else.
“Are you sure you never let go of Nuonuo’s hand?” Qian Jiyun asked him.
“I’m positive!”
Yuu Rong answered with utmost certainty.
If it were just himself, he might suspect that he had been too engrossed in looking at items and let go of the baby’s hand without realizing it.
But Leng Yikun was holding his other hand! There was no way both of them could misrember at the sa ti, right?
“Yi Kun and I never let go of Nuonuo’s hands, truly, Big Brother, Sister-in-law, I swear I’m not lying to you.” Right now, with the child missing, he wouldn’t dare tell a single lie.
Hearing this, An Jiuyue and Qian Jiyun exchanged a glance.
“Big Brother, Sister-in-law, you need to think of sothing quickly. Nuonuo…”
“Quiet.”
Yuu Rong’s anxious voice was cut off by a single word from An Jiuyue.
