Actually, it’s just that there’s business dealings on a regular basis, hardly any serious conversations, all conducted by the subordinates.

He looked around, feeling awkward standing there alone with nothing to do.
Fortunately, he spotted soone he was familiar with nearby, and quickly walked over. After so pleasantries, at his suggestion, they found a discreet corner to stay.

Although many royal court ministers mostly hail from these major clans, those two are not inviting ministers, but those seemingly insignificant, actually supporting their clan’s high-ranking figures’ heads; doesn’t it deserve so suspicion?
