"Where is he heading?"
An Jiuyue, accompanied by Qian Jiyun, followed the masked man. Watching him walk further and further off course, she couldn’t help but ask.
That so-called good teacher had already left without notice, so why was the masked man still proceeding with such calm, heading in only one direction?
Did he know where the good teacher would be, so he wasn’t afraid of them leaving for real?
"If they continue in this direction for a few more hours, they’ll reach the entrance of Demon Howl Cave," Qian Jiyun explained, frowning slightly.
"Demon Howl Cave, what’s that place?"
An Jiuyue asked; she had never heard of such a place.
When did Huayan Peak have a place like this? Qian Jiyun had never ntioned it to her before.
"Demon Howl Cave is at Huayan Peak, just like Demon Heart Island at Wulong Mountain."
Qian Jiyun explained again, but this Demon Howl Cave should have been a place only he knew about. How did the masked man know of it?
"Maybe it’s just a coincidence."
"You think it’s just a coincidence?"
An Jiuyue glanced sideways at him, blinking.
If it is really just a coincidence, then it’s too coincidental, right? She wouldn’t believe it for anything.
"Not really."
Qian Jiyun replied with three words.
So, soone really had their sights set on Demon Howl Cave.
"Anyhow, let’s just follow and see," An Jiuyue remarked, pouting. Following them all the way couldn’t go wrong.

Outside Demon Howl Cave.
A group of n in black clothes were being ordered around by a young man, who appeared to be just over twenty, instructing them to channel Original Soul energy into a large array formation.
"Haven’t you eaten? Put so effort into it. You’re all useless. How can your master have such worthless subordinates like you? Hurry up, keep channeling Original Soul energy!"
He snapped at the n while slapping the dilly-dallying ones with his hand, shouting hoarsely.
He was furious. If he had known the person he selected was so useless, he would have been more careful and chosen soone more competent. At least they wouldn’t have reached this point, almost blowing their cover.
Now, with Qian Jiyun and the others returning in less than a month, the array formation was far from being ready to activate.
He had no choice but to have more n in black from around the masked man’s side co and constantly channel Original Soul energy into the array to see if it could be activated within a month.
The n in black, yelled at like grandchildren, though internally resentful, dared not resist.
It wasn’t because they were particularly loyal to that so-called master. After all, they were bound by interests, so how loyal could they really be?
But they also knew they were no match for this man; his cultivation level was unfathomable.
And they had been channeling Original Soul energy into the array for so long that they lacked the energy to resist, leaving them with no choice but to comply obediently.
