"Alright, Senior Sister."
When the others heard her instructions, they imdiately embraced the herbs, preparing to find a place to continue figuring out the antidote.
But as they turned around, they saw the Sect Master.
"Greetings, Sect Master."
Seeing the Sect Master, they prepared to salute.
However, the Sect Master did not let them salute, just waved her hand at them.
"No need for formalities."
The Sect Master had already heard the words of these female disciples, and at this mont, she was also quite unsettled inside.
If an antidote could not be developed soon, their situation would beco incredibly passive, for mbers of the major clans could pursue them at any mont.
"All of you, pack these herbs and follow to a place."
She imdiately decided that they could not stay here; she had to leave and go to a safe place. But she couldn’t do it alone; she needed to take along these poison-wielding disciples. Only if they survived could they detoxify the poison.
"Yes, Sect Master."
The female disciples responded to the Sect Master’s command.
The more astute disciples already understood that the Sect Master intended to take them away. Staying here ant certain death.
Fortunately, they were adept with poisons; otherwise, the Sect Master wouldn’t consider taking them along.
Thinking of this, they quickly turned around, preparing to take more herbs with them, just in case. Seeing that they were obedient, the Sect Master turned and left again.
She couldn’t only take the poison-using disciples; she also needed to bring along so other disciples. Not ntioning anything else, she needed them to carry additional supplies.
Although the supplies outside Little Forest had been stolen, there were still so left within.
At this mont, even her own Sect’s disciples were insignificant in the face of life and death; as long as she could survive, it didn’t matter if those disciples died.
She went to find so of her trusted female disciples, instructing them to bring food and water, ready to leave with her at any mont.
While she was giving these instructions, a frenzy had erupted both inside and outside Little Forest. No one was a fool; feeling their Original Soul energy continuously depleting, there was no way not to notice.
Everyone sought out those knowledgeable about poisons nearby, trying to understand what was happening.
They must realize this was a desert; without Original Soul energy, and with the supplies stolen, they could hardly survive with just empty horse carriages.
The female disciples were better off, still waiting for the Sect Master’s word. But outside Little Forest, the n were extrely panicked.
Most of them ca from major clans. Although there were few direct descendants, there were many from the side branches. They were not as privileged as the direct descendants but hadn’t experienced such hardship before, nor had they ever been so panicked.
Without Original Soul energy, what would they be?
"Could what those people said before be true? Is the Saintess Sect really brewing so earth-shattering conspiracy?" soone questioned.
At this mont, no amount of sweet allure could deceive them anymore; Original Soul energy was every cultivator’s life.
"Could it be that our Original Soul energy was drained by the Saintess Sect using so thod?"
"The Saintess Sect is too despicable; how could they do this? No, we can’t let this go; we must seek justice!"
If their Original Soul energy was indeed drained by the Saintess Sect, they must seek justice at any cost!
