This idea is not unreasonable, Qinglan Sect stepping forward at this mont indeed defies logic, if they said it’s for sothing within the Saintess Sect, it’s plausible.

"Have you considered that Qinglan Sect might be deliberately stepping forward?" Qian Yizheng asked him.

Min Yi nearly didn’t understand it for a mont.

Qian Yizheng didn’t nod affirmatively, but instead asked him.
As Min Yi thought it over again, it indeed made sense, just jumping out visibly was already illogical, it fundantally doesn’t make sense.
Though his previous thought was reasonable too, no sane person would act like Qinglan Sect unless they have a reason that compels them to step forward.
"This possibility is quite high, Qinglan Sect... it doesn’t make sense though, this is the risk of annihilation, has Qinglan Sect gone mad, sacrificing themselves for others?"
He shook his head, feeling it didn’t make sense again.
