Knocking on the car window was none other than Lily Turner’s forr best friend, Jenny York. Because she often hung out with Lily, the other two in the car were not strangers to her.
Due to Alice Turner defending her sister, the affair between Jenny York and Henry Thompson was exposed online, and their photos were being circulated everywhere.
Although she was wearing sunglasses, she was still recognized by sharp-eyed reporters. As she approached the car, reporters who recognized her imdiately followed.
Seeing this scenario, other reporters seed to sense sothing as well and quickly surrounded them with their caras poised.
Such a rare explosive scoop was not sothing these reporters would miss.
Seeing the situation outside the car, Lily Turner massaged her temples in frustration, "Can’t these people let us act in peace?"

Freya Yeager patted Lily Turner’s shoulder, opened the car door, and got out. She imdiately closed the car door behind her to separate Lily from Jenny York and the reporters outside.
"Where’s Lily Turner? She..."
Jenny York was questioning as she tried to get around to open the car door, but before she could move further, Freya Yeager grabbed her arm.
"Lily is a bit tired from filming and is resting in the car now." Freya’s main intention was to convey this to the surrounding reporters. As she spoke, she appeared to be affectionately placing her hand on Jenny’s shoulder, leaned in, and whispered with a smile into Jenny’s ear, "You better not cause a scene; you won’t gain any advantage from it."
With that, she tightened her grip on Jenny York’s shoulder, warning her not to act rashly.
Jenny turned sideways, wanting to retort defiantly, but in that instant ca Luke Crowe’s warning in her ear: If you dare stir up any more trouble, I guarantee your future will be difficult.
"Freya! I’m here to see Lily today for two reasons: one is to check on her, and the other is to tell her..." Jenny gave Freya the sa smile, paused, and continued, "to tell her I’m getting engaged to Henry."
She deliberately raised her voice on that last sentence so that both the reporters around and Lily in the car could hear it.
Upon hearing these words, everyone was taken aback, and the gathered reporters imdiately perked up, sensing the scent of explosive news.
"Miss York! As Lily Turner’s friend, to publicly co and..."

At this mont, Lily Turner suddenly opened the car door. As she stepped out, all the reporters’ attention was instantly focused on her, and they simultaneously pointed their caras right at her.
"Lily! I knew you couldn’t be so heartless as to not see ." Jenny York quickly shook off Freya Yeager’s hand and, taking advantage of Freya’s distraction, made her way directly to the front of Lily Turner.
