Thomas Fisher insisted that they should et first before discussing things, but he also worried that Alice Turner might be upset, and he hesitated, unsure of what to do.
"You should just tell your parents. Regardless of their attitude, I can accept it." While Thomas Fisher was hesitating whether to speak, Alice Turner spoke up again, urging him to explain everything to his parents.
Hearing Alice Turner’s firm attitude, Thomas Fisher asked worriedly, "Can’t we talk about it after eting them? I don’t want them to make a rash judgnt over these matters."
If they make judgnts without eting her, it would be very unfair to her.
"Whether you ntion these matters or not, I will et your parents. If they are unwilling to et , I’ll go see them proactively." Alice Turner knew what Thomas Fisher was worried about; she also had those concerns. However, she was not soone who was easily defeated by difficulties. The more challenges she faced, the more she pressed forward, or she wouldn’t have achieved what she has today.
Thomas Fisher was deeply moved by Alice Turner’s words and touched by her attitude towards him. Suddenly, he felt sowhat ashad, realizing that as a man, he didn’t have the courage of a woman.
"Alright! I’ll follow your advice and clarify everything with them once and for all. After explaining clearly, I’ll bring you to et them." After hearing what she said, he abruptly changed his mind and decided to thoroughly explain everything to his parents. He would courageously face whatever happens next; as long as she is by his side, he fears no difficulty.
"Mm!" Alice Turner responded softly but with unwavering resolve. She paused, then added, "My parents already know about us, they..."
"Your parents know about us? You told them?" Thomas Fisher guessed that Christopher Turner and Sophia Wood might have noticed sothing, but he never thought they would be sure. This surprised him, and at the sa ti, he felt excited and thrilled.
Alice Turner instinctively glanced at Lily Turner, and replied, "It was Lily who told my mom, and then my mom told my dad."
That’s how things really were; she didn’t want to keep it from him.
"Wow, Lily’s really impressive!" Hearing that Lily Turner was the one who first revealed it, Thomas Fisher exclaid sincerely.
"Of course, she is my sister." Alice Turner smugly raised her eyebrows, suddenly thinking of sothing, she quickly furrowed her brows, "You’re my boyfriend now, calling my sister ’sis-in-law’ doesn’t seem quite right."
He’s her boyfriend, but calling her sister ’sis-in-law’ felt awkward to her.
Thomas Fisher hadn’t really noticed this before, but it was indeed an issue. ’Sis-in-law’ was becoming his future sister-in-law, and continuing to call her ’sis-in-law’ was rather inappropriate.
But if he doesn’t call her ’sis-in-law,’ what would his brother say? His brother would definitely be displeased.
"Then what should I call her? Should I call her ’little sister-in-law’?" He liked this term a lot; thinking his brother would beco his brother-in-law made him very happy.
"Annoying! Stop calling her ’little sister-in-law,’ you can only call her by na for now." Alice whispered ’annoying,’ but the smile on her face betrayed her true feelings.
