Jaxon Dyer had no idea about his own grievances towards himself, nor did Easton Hols, who had just returned ho. He wasn’t in the mood to think about anything else because there was an outsider in his house now.

Easton Hols wasn’t entirely unfamiliar or familiar with Aunt Gui. She was an aunt in his parents’ house and had been at the Hols Residence for many years. Over the years, he had seen Aunt Gui a few tis.
Before Alia Linton brought Aunt Gui here, she gave her a strict order to work as a housekeeper. Of course, that was just a pretense; the real purpose was to monitor Lily Turner.
Alia demanded Aunt Gui to report Lily Turner’s every move to her so she could devise counterasures in real-ti. She was deeply dissatisfied with this daughter-in-law and was determined to drive her out of this family.
Easton Hols understood his mother’s intentions and true purpose the mont he saw Aunt Gui upon entering the house, which is why he harshly ordered her to leave.
Aunt Gui was entrusted with an important task by Alia Linton, and moreover, Alia had given her a stern ultimatum: if she didn’t complete this task, she shouldn’t stay at the Hols Residence anymore, as the family didn’t need such a useless person.

Aunt Gui had just opened her mouth to plead when Easton rcilessly interrupted her. Due to his anger, his attitude was particularly poor, and his tone was extrely harsh.
Seeing this, Lily Turner couldn’t stand it any longer and poked Easton Hols’ back, "Could you be a little kinder? She’s only staying here because your mom instructed her to."
At this mont, her sense of justice surged. She wasn’t helping Aunt Gui specifically; she just couldn’t stand such bullying behavior.
This was clearly a conflict between the employer’s family mbers, yet Aunt Gui was caught in the middle, facing difficulties.

Seeing Lily Turner speak up for her, a hint of surprise flashed in Aunt Gui’s eyes, and a sense of gratitude rose in her heart for a mont.
"You don’t know anything, so don’t speak recklessly."
Easton Hols turned his head and glanced at Lily Turner. Although his expression wasn’t as bad as when he looked at Aunt Gui, it wasn’t pleasant either.
Lily Turner never expected Easton Hols would say such things to her, and anger surged within her, "Fine, then I won’t speak. Do you think I want to talk to you anyway?"
After saying that, she glared at him indignantly and turned to walk towards the door.
"Where are you running off to now?"
Seeing Lily Turner angrily walk towards the door, Easton Hols couldn’t bother with Aunt Gui anymore and hurriedly chased after her. Just as they reached the door, he caught up with her, "Where do you plan to run off to?"
He thought she was getting upset and was about to leave, so he reached out and grabbed her.
"I can’t even hide in the yard? I’ll co back when you’re done dealing with things." Lily Turner shook off Easton Hols’ hand and continued towards the door, but after just one step, he pulled her back again.
"You don’t need to pull . I’m not the kind of person who storms out when they’re angry." If she were, she wouldn’t know how many tis she’d have run away due to her mom’s anger over the years.
