Grant Heath originally intended to take Lily Turner to the Wellness Pavilion to relax after finishing their porridge, but he didn’t foresee that she would co with soone else, and he certainly didn’t expect that this person would be her husband.
The information he received tonight hit him hard, causing a significant amount of emotional turmoil, and he needed ti to calm down and figure out what to do next.
As they left the porridge shop, Grant Heath didn’t ntion going to relax with Lily Turner again. After saying goodbye to each other, he reluctantly got into the car and left alone.
"He’s already gone far, you don’t need to keep looking."
A slightly jealous voice suddenly ca from the side. Lily Turner instinctively turned her head to look at Easton Hols, who was standing next to her. The mont she turned, he deliberately shifted his gaze elsewhere.
Lily took a step sideways into Easton’s line of sight, and because her move was so sudden, it startled him.
"It’s not embarrassing to be jealous, especially when it’s over a big star." She pinched his cheek and continued, "But your jealousy is a bit..."
"Which eye of yours saw being jealous? I just don’t like that type of pretty boy." Before Lily could finish, Easton grabbed her hand that was pinching his face and lightly bit it at his lips, "Stay away from that kind of man in the future, all cream and no substance, makes sick!"
With that, he pulled her into the car.
This man was clearly jealous, but refused to admit it.
Lily quietly huffed in her heart, and couldn’t help but say, "But I quite like the sll of cream, I think it slls nice..."
Easton suddenly leaned over towards Lily, catching her off guard and surprising her; she instinctively moved towards the car door to avoid him.
He seed to have anticipated this and had already planned to stop her, reaching out to pull her back.
"You quite like the sll of cream? Hmm?"
Easton deliberately accentuated his tone at the end, his voice full of intimidation.
Lily instinctively nodded, but as she was about to, she saw Easton’s pupils constrict suddenly, and she quickly changed her mind, shaking her head. "Not that much, really. It does beco a bit overwhelming after a while."
She said this against her better judgnt, knowing full well how much she actually liked it.
Before she beca a model, she couldn’t live without desserts, but over the years she had forced herself to stay away from her beloved sweets.
"That doesn’t sound sincere."
Easton, with his sharp eyes, could easily tell that Lily wasn’t being truthful, though he had no idea she had been resisting her love for sweets.
Lily put away her thoughts, deliberately sighed pitifully, "Sigh! Nowadays, no one believes the truth anymore."
As she spoke, she struggled to pull her arm out of his grip.
"Hurry up and drive, I want to go ho."
This afternoon, spending so much ti on stage left her truly exhausted, and Lily was eager to get ho, take a nice hot bath, and relax comfortably on the soft sofa.
Just imagining that feeling was wonderful, let alone making it a reality.
"Got it, I’m driving ho now."
Easton reached out to ruffle Lily’s hair; when he saw her earlier at the entrance of the building, he had already noticed she seed a bit tired, and now she appeared even more so.
Without continuing their conversation from before, he settled into the driver’s seat and drove away from the porridge shop.
