Easton Hols lifted one hand and placed it on Lily Turner’s hand as she rubbed her cheek, giving it a firm squeeze, "Can’t I call your boss?"
He didn’t openly admit it, nor did he honestly deny it; he just playfully asked in return.
"You can! Of course, you can!"
Lily Turner withdrew her hand from his large one, and after pulling it out, she gave the owner of the large hand a thumbs-up, "You’re amazing! Just one call and our stingy boss started shelling out cash, and quite a lot too."
Her boss was probably hiding sowhere in the bathroom crying right now, bawling his eyes out.
"Are you complinting or dissing your boss?" Easton Hols pressed down Lily Turner’s thumb, staring at her without blinking, and although his expression was calm, his lips curled into a charming smile.
Lily wasn’t blind; she could clearly see Easton Hols’s smirking lips. To make his smile even wider, she used both her hands to lift the corners of his mouth.
"I’m mainly praising you for being amazing. You can laugh freely, no need to hold back, or else you might hurt yourself internally." She said while lifting the corners of his mouth even higher.
"Naughty girl! My mouth is about to be torn apart by you."
Easton said that but didn’t stop Lily Turner’s antics, allowing her to playfully tug at his mouth.
With his mouth being tugged, he was slightly hindered when speaking, but not much; he spoke as freely as ever.
Lily Turner gently pulled at Easton Hols’s mouth and laughed, "If it tears, that would be perfect; then the doctor can stitch it into a bunny mouth."
As she spoke, an image of him with a bunny mouth appeared in her mind.
"Pfft!"
When the image beca clear in her head, she couldn’t help but burst out laughing.
"Then I’ll tear your mouth too, and let the doctor stitch it into a bunny mouth," Easton Hols lifted a hand to tug at Lily Turner’s cheek and added, "The two of us would be a perfect match that way."
Saying that, he tugged her cheek again.
Hearing this, Lily Turner blurted out, "Should we have a bunny-lip baby too? That way, our family of three would be complete."
Before she finished speaking, she realized what she had just said, tilted her head, and spat twice, "Why did I curse our future baby with a bunny lip? Damn it!"
Saying this, she raised her hand and slapped her own mouth twice.
"Our baby won’t be as unlucky as you say."
Easton Hols grabbed the hand she was using to slap her mouth, and with a gentle pull, he brought her closer, "Your mouth indeed needs so punishnt, but not like that; instead, it should be like this..."
He suddenly lowered his head, and while she was waiting to hear what he would say next, he kissed her.
Stupid man! Why is he doing this again?
Lily Turner glared in dissatisfaction at the man who ambushed her and didn’t cooperate with his kiss, using her free hand to push at him.
But not only did she fail to push him away, her hand was also caught by him.
Her hands were trapped, and her mouth was blocked.
Lily Turner’s displeasure was instantly overshadowed by a sorrowful light in her eyes. It always ended this way; when could she turn the tables even once?
No! Next ti, she must stay away from him, as far as she possibly can.
If she can’t fight him, surely she can hide from him, right?
