When Lily Turner heard that the person entering was Thomas Fisher, she was montarily surprised, but she quickly regained her composure.
However, when she saw what he was carrying, a surprised expression appeared on her beautiful face once more. She then turned her head towards Easton Hols, and at that mont, the surprise on her face was replaced by confusion.
"You asked him to buy sour plums for ?"
She didn’t speak, but instead used her eyes to silently question him.
"Don’t look at like that, he volunteered."
Easton Hols understood what Lily Turner ant, but he didn’t choose the sa mode of communication. Instead, he voiced his response directly.
Previously, when Easton Hols ntioned that soone would take care of it, Lily always thought that person would be Luke Crowe, but she never expected it to be Thomas Fisher.
Initially, Thomas Fisher didn’t catch what Easton Hols was talking about. But when he saw Lily Turner staring at what he was holding, he imdiately realized.
"Sis-in-law! I volunteered to buy these for Big Brother, I’ll just leave them here for you." He glanced at Lily Turner, who was sitting up in bed, and placed the items he was holding on the cabinet beside the bed.
"Thank you!"
No matter whether the person really volunteered or not, Lily Turner felt she should thank the person because this was sothing she wanted to eat.
Hearing this, Thomas Fisher quickly replied, "What is our relationship that you need to be so polite with ?"
As soon as he finished speaking, he felt a chill in the air.
"Then hurry up and wash those sour plums." Easton Hols, on the other hand, had no concept of politeness as he sat up and urged Thomas Fisher to wash the sour plums he bought. Just as he finished speaking, Lily Turner slapped his arm, and he turned to look at her, "No need to be polite with him."
After finishing, his gaze shifted again to his good brother standing beside the bed.
Seeing his big brother turn his head to look at him, Thomas Fisher didn’t have ti to hold a grudge. He picked up the sour plums he had just placed on the cabinet and turned to head for the sink.
Seeing this, Lily Turner quickly called out, "Wait a minute, I’ll wash them myself."
After saying this, she was about to get out of bed, but before she reached the bed’s edge, the man beside her pulled her back.
"Just wait and eat."
After holding Lily Turner back on the bed, Easton Hols got up and walked towards Thomas Fisher. If he didn’t go after him now, she’d surely hold a grudge against him later.
At this mont, Thomas Fisher cooperatively responded, "Big Brother is right, you just wait and eat."
He didn’t turn around, but he heard the footsteps following him and knew it must be his big brother.
"Stop sucking up."
As Easton Hols spoke, he had already caught up with Thomas Fisher in front, grabbed the sour plums he was holding, and said, "You step aside."
He took a big stride and walked to the sink.
Thomas Fisher didn’t listen to Easton Hols about stepping aside, but instead followed by his side, tilting his head with resentnt to look at his big brother, "Big Brother! You can’t burn the bridge after crossing the river."
After saying this, he imdiately jumped to the side, but he was still a bit late, and his leg got kicked by his big brother.
"Sis-in-law! Big Brother is bullying , can you do sothing about him?" Knowing he couldn’t get any advantage from Easton Hols, Thomas Fisher turned and walked towards Lily Turner, who was sitting on the bed.
At this mont, he was like a child running to tell on his big brother to Lily, completely unaware that she was five years younger than him.
