Theodore Hols handed the phone to Alia Linton, already on speakerphone, and loudly said into the phone, "Dad! I’ve given the phone to my mom. You can talk to her now."
Because it was deliberate, he didn’t control the volu of his voice at all.
"Alia Linton! You are truly insane!"
Upon knowing Theodore Hols had given the phone to Alia Linton, Fabian Hols opened his mouth and angrily shouted at her.
Since it was a phone call, he had no idea what the situation was on the other side, but he held back sowhat because he knew there was soone there he cared about.
Fabian Hols started yelling at her, but Alia Linton, already filled with rage, showed no fear and yelled back over the phone, "Yes! I am truly insane, so you better not provoke , or God knows what I’ll do to this bastard child."
Fueled by anger, her voice was loud enough to shock not only the person on the other end but also the one sitting next to her.
"Alia Linton! I warn you, if you dare do anything to Theodore, I assure you, you’ll regret it." Over the years, Alia Linton constantly used Theodore Hols to threaten Fabian Hols; to prevent Theodore from getting hurt, he had endured it for years.
But today, she not only revealed the long-hidden truth but also threatened his son right in front of him; there was only so much he could endure.
With the speakerphone on, Fabian Hols’s words clearly pierced into Theodore Hols’s ears. Over the years, he had heard similar words many tis, but never like this, never making him feel so moved and warm inside.
Alia Linton was now so enraged that Fabian Hols’s threats and warnings only added fuel to the fire.
"Fabian Hols! I’ve already regretted it over the years, regretted bringing this bastard ho. If I had known you were so heartless, I should have strangled him back then." She spoke through gritted teeth, and her expression turned sowhat ferocious, making her look nothing like a woman, let alone a mother, but more like a man-eating tigress.
"Alia..."
Alia Linton angrily hung up the phone, cutting off Fabian Hols’s words at the other end of the line.
After hanging up, she threw the phone at the windshield, and it bounced back, coincidentally landing on her foot.
In reality, a phone landing on one’s foot doesn’t hurt much, but Alia Linton was no longer soone who could think like a normal person.
She stomped on the phone with her foot, using great force, while swearing, "I’ll stomp you to death! Stomp you to death! How dare you bully , I’ll smash you to pieces, let’s see how you bully now."
Each stomp was harder and more vicious than the last, as if she wasn’t stomping on a phone, but the person she hated most.
Theodore Hols stayed silent and didn’t reach out to pick up the phone that was about to be wrecked by Alia Linton. He just sat there quietly, watching her lose control.
"See if you dare bully again? Serves you right! This is the consequence of you bullying ," Alia Linton looked down at the shattered phone pieces, chuckling.
Her laughter seed very abnormal, and her whole state appeared extrely unusual.
