Five hours later, Almond saw his progress and almost winced.

Compared to the Vitalis Crucible Tower's energy, it was nothing.

Almond opened the book and re-read the last section of the Eternal Tapestry of Refinent. He didn't need to previously since he was going to the Vitalis Crucible Tower, but he knew the last section was about increasing the speed of training even with Prana.
'So that's how it is…' Almond raised his eyebrows. 'Isn't my Golden Haze Lighting and Luir perfect, then?'

He created an asset with those attributes and then created a sequence, combining that asset with a few technical assets as well as a technical aspect of his Sand of Vibrant Wave elent, specifically, the 'vibrant' part to shape the energy.
It took him a few hours, but he was finally done and began training.
In the thread of Eternal Tapestry coursed this new energy that began the refinent of his body.
The refinent's effectiveness depended on his elental arsenal's power.

Still, Almond was progressing way better than simply using wild Prana.
He checked the result after ten hours, and his Body Constitution reached 243 from 205.
It was indeed way better than getting 1 point per hour.
Almond then continued training without stopping for days.
When only 3 days were left, Almond opened his eyes and finally stopped.
He inspected himself and saw that his Body Constitution reached 619.
'The speed slowed down as I continued, but this is good,' Almond clenched his fist. 'Wait for . I'll be there soon, Lily, Admiral, and everyone.'
Almond then went to sleep and woke up seven hours later.
He still had ti, so he decided to expand his Prana Sea using his Prana Art now.
Maw of Awakening Embers began whirling in his Prana Sea as Almond activated it.
The phenonon of a storm of wild Prana gathering once again began and the ergency protocol of the island was also activated like last ti.
Since he was going for a rather significant expansion of his Prana Sea, he had to handle this with care.
It took him a whole day to safely expand his Prana Sea to the maximum limit as set by his Soul Avatar's size, which was already at the maximum limit of Mortal-rank Lifeform.
Looking at his stats, Almond breathed in satisfaction.
'I am on ti, but anything could happen. No need to rest,' Almond's eyes blazed as he looked at his status.

After leaving and returning to the Central Lobby, he directly went to the Vitalis Crucible Tower and started training.
He left after reaching the 101st floor previously, but started on the 331st Floor this ti, as suggested by the Tower due to his increased Body Constitution.
He had a total of 50 hours in this tower, and he had already spent 21 hours last ti.
When he still had 6 hours, Almond stopped training and opened his eyes on the 500th floor.
He finally reached 1000 in his Body Constitution.
Only Arcane Constitution remained, and it was easy for Almond, though he had actually hit the limit in that.
To increase the circuits and assets, he now needed more knowledge, and upgrade his elental masteries to get more information and uses out of them.
Returning to his mansion, Almond went to sleep first and then woke up several hours later.
After freshening up, he took out the Chaotic Dinsion scroll and began checking the long list of dinsions.
'Let's see if there's a good one suitable to , that can help finally awaken my space elental mastery as well make progress in so other things. I also better get so more Intents as they will give a huge boost to Arcane Constitution.'
Almond tapped on a dinsion's na and was impressed at the detailed information.
Just as he continued looking for the one suitable to him, he got Zek's call.
