Everyone began looking at the A-rank gas in the list.
"It’s good that this list shows the Anchor Points earned by the winner." Almond’s eyes glinted.
"10,000 Anchor Points seems minimum. I don’t see any gas giving less than that to a winner."
"Hmm? There are two-player gas in the A-rank list." Ainen blinked. "Let’s see...yep. There are 3-player, 4-player, and even 5-player gas. But no 6-player gas or further."
Ainen grinned at Saffa, Clovelle, and Fraisea.
"Alright, my moons. We are going to participate in this 5-player ga called Tower Defense Wars."
"Aweso." Saffa grinned. "If we are together, it’ll be impossible for us to lose."
Clovelle smiled. "Good thing we bought so ingredients to cook food."
"Yep. Darling’s buffs will make it easy." Fraisea giggled.
"Rawr!" Gopu roared excitedly.
"Well, in that case, we’ll go for this 2-player ga. Double Barrage Space Shootout." Lily smiled as she looked at Almond. "What do you think?"
Almond checked the ga. A total of 20 people, as in 10 pairs, were required for this ga.
Each pair would get the first one hour to explore an exotic planet to search for various ’parts’ that could be then used to create exotic vehicles, which were necessary to move around in the next phase of the ga, where the pairs would fly around in a worsening atmosphere and attack each other using their cards and effects, trying to destroy vehicles.
The last one standing would win.
"It’s good. Let’s play it."
"Well then, it’s decided." Ainen nodded. "Both gas will take a different amount of ti before they are completed. Individually, winning one A-rank ga will at least earn each of us 10,000 Anchor Points. So to pay for a place to live for a month, and have so excess Anchor Points to spend, we just need to finish three A-rank gas."
Grinning, he added. "And then, we’ll have a feast of my food at our new place before we finish two more A-rank gas to unlock the S-rank ga participation chance."
"Perfect." Almond nodded.
"Well then, let’s roll out." Lily smiled.
Shortly, all of them disappeared, entering the respective gas.
...
Tower Defense Wars.
Ainen and the gang appeared in a vast, barren land, as they found themselves inside a square area bordered by walls with one gate open.
Ainen could see four more groups in exact size territory with a distance of five kiloters from each other, aning the total number of participants was 25 in this 5-player ga.
[ Welco to the Tower Defense Wars. In this ga, each group will face a non-stop wave of Monsters infiltrating their territory to destroy the core. ]
< Rules >
— Each group must assign a leader player who can access a geographic interface, allowing them to build walls, paths, and five towers in their territory. The designated path must not be longer than 1 kiloter from the entrance to the core.
— The players’ job is to take up a position on towers. Each one will have a limited range and a limited style of attack, defense, and control-type spells, which will be converted from the cards a player has. Players will get a chance to replace their spells with random ones from three options per 10 monsters killed.
—> The monsters will co pouring in non-stop from the entrance to the end of the path, where the leader must put the territory core. The players must do their best to kill the monsters and prevent them from destroying the core.
—> The monsters will have a wide variety. So might have high resistance against certain types of attacks, elents, and so on.
[ You have 1 hour to set up the Tower Defense in your territory. ]
"Interesting." Ainen blinked. "If the monsters are going to be tricky, and the spells we use are based on cards we have, we have to set up our position through the path carefully. And at every 10 kills, we must diversify our options for the wide variety of monsters we will be facing."
He thought for a mont and nodded. "Alright. Fraisea, you will beco the leader. Start building a solid path stretching exactly one kiloter from Entrance to End, build walls, and place towers properly. You are best at this kind of thing."
"Got it."
"You three take up your positions in towers once Fraisea finishes designing our tower defense. See how your cards are converted for this ga and show ."
Rolling his sleeves, Ainen used his neutral card—his Interdinsion Restaurant. A wagon food cart.
"I’ll start cooking to buff us."

Taking out ingredients, Ainen used Instant Preparation with his visualization input, instantly preparing all the ingredientsats the big table before the wagon was filled with finely chopped at, vegetables, and different plants.
A 2-star card, Matrix Scan, allowed him to view properties and attributes of every target.
4-star card, Limitless Resource Imbuing, allowed him to finely extract and insert properties he can scan with Matrix Scan to other ingredients, transforming them.
And a 4-star card, Chef’s Blessing, birthed crazy buffs into the food based on their properties and attributes.
With this set of cards, Ainen could make the most broken, most delicious food ever.
His second deck, however, was completely different.
[ Lord of Myriad Flas ]

With this second deck that was focused on flas, it was clear that his lack of offense was completely covered.
Even with just one card, he could make plenty of firepower.
Saffa, Clovelle, and Fraisea had Ice/Water/Space-based decks.
They were all control/offense oriented, each with a different style.
Within twenty minutes, Ainen finished cooking everything and then helped Fraisea make their territory.
Soon, everything was complete, and only eight minutes were left before the monsters ca pouring in.
"Alright, take up your positions."
