"An attack and retaliation are different," Rael chid in. "We are peaceful people, so how would it look if Celestara puts away their morality and blindly attacks a kingdom?"

"Qiqi, just shut up for a mont," Linlin said coldly as she turned to Rael. "Is there no way to make this blow over?"

"If we strike first, we beco villains. It won't matter what they planned to do, since we'd be the ones to shed their blood without cause." Rael cleared his throat. "But if we wait and have them make the first official move, then we have justifiable cause to defend ourselves."

"Yep... that sounds more like you." Linlin giggled and turned serious. "I'm telling you this right away, but I've heard very foul rumors about Reinhardt Ashavir. I'm not going anywhere near him."

"I don't expect you to," Rael said plainly. "I won't risk anyone I know encountering him since he's too dangerous. Instead, you and your sister are going to head to the Holy Kingdom's capital, Elarin."

Linlin let out a relieved sigh as she turned to her sister. "What do you think, Qiqi? Does that work for you?"

"The Holy Kingdom..." Qiqi muttered with a small frown, clenching her fists. "Can we—"

"Qiqi." Linlin cut her off. "Nothing we do can change what happened. Don't ntion it again."

Rael raised a brow. "So you're from the Holy Kingdom originally? I didn't know that."

Linlin shook her head. "It's nothing. We had so ties to the Holy Kingdom's royal family... they're gone now."

"Our mother was a concubine of King Arthur," Qiqi said out of nowhere, causing Linlin's expression to twist with anger.

"Qiqi... I'm going to glue your mouth shut."

"What? It's not like he won't find out eventually." Qiqi shrugged it off with a cracking voice. "He says he wants to use politics and defensive tactics... then don't you think we have a better chance to win if he knows we're technically princesses of the holy land?"

"You should listen to your big sister," Rael said with a sigh as he walked up and ruffled her green hair. "So things should remain secret, especially if you're uncomfortable sharing it. I'm not going to exploit your lineage for my gain, sorry."

"Thank you..." Linlin nodded in appreciation. "We'll—"

"You're going to Yrgon," Rael interrupted. "Sabotage their group there. I'll figure out another way to deal with the Holy Kingdom."

Linlin flinched. "You don't have to worry yourself about that."

Rael rolled his eyes. "Let guess. The real purpose of Radiant Dawn is to gain enough reputation to undermine the Holy Kingdom. An act of revenge, eh?"

It detailed the envoy numbers, especially who was in them, so he gave her the Yrgon envoy's schedule.

"You can leave in three days," Rael stated. "It's going to take around that much for their envoy to arrive in Yrgon, so you'll be right in ti to intercept them while they're busy talking it out."

"Huh? You're not going to sabotage their talks?" Qiqi asked, shocked.

"Nope." Rael grinned. "When you destroy their supplies, they'll have no choice but to rely on Yrgon for everything. That gives us so extra ti to deal with them individually."

But there was also one more important thing.

"Rember? We have Aria. Yrgon is going to side with us whether they like it or not."

"Wow..." Qiqi muttered in amazent. "All this politics stuff sounds like one massive headache."

"Because it is." Rael chuckled and opened the boutique's door behind him. "You may go now. I'll have to go and run my plan through Zafira to see if I'm not being an idiot."

"Pfft... good luck." Linlin held back a laugh as she stepped through the door with Qiqi, waving goodbye on their way out.

However, before she left, Rael stuck his head out and opened a certain nu, ensuring his plan went smoothly.
