Re-Awakening: I Became a Pay To Win Boss Monster Chapter 379: Encounter, And Armory
Rael humd in satisfaction as he approached the door, then swung it open. Imdiately, a long hallway ca into view, and of course, he had no idea where he was going.
Even so, he picked a random side, which just so happened to be the left, and then began walking in that direction.
It was getting a bit annoying to limp around like this, but he couldn’t help it. Healing Jashin out of nowhere was a stupid move that could easily be noticed.
Still, Rael finally arrived at a crossing and turned left again. He continued walking until, eventually, he spotted a single guard patrolling the halls.
Once the guard spotted Rael, he froze, then curtly bowed.
"Greetings, Fifth Seat. I apologize for not noticing you sooner," the guard said, then rose, eting Rael’s eyes. "What is it you’re looking for at such a ti? Even esteed beings such as yourself need rest."
"Would you believe if I told you I was looking for the bathroom?" Rael mused.
The guard’s brows twitched. "Uh... Sir?"
"I’m kidding. The First Seat told to do an inspection on the armory, if you know what I an," Rael added, a look of scorn appearing on his face. "I guess now that I’m weaker, they think they can treat however they want, huh?"
Then, he glanced at the guard. "What about you? Do you think you can treat like trash since I’m not as strong as the others?"
The guard bowed. "Not at all, Fifth Seat. We’re servants of the Blazing Sun faction, and no matter your current power, you have our undying loyalty. If you tell to stab myself through the heart, then I shall do so."
"Alright. Do it then," Rael said with a slight smile, startling the guard.
"...Pardon?"
"Stab yourself. Prove your loyalty to ," Rael urged. "You can do that much, can’t you? Or do you wave around loyalty like it’s nothing because maybe you’re not truly loyal?"
The guard remained stunned for a few monts. All of a sudden, he raised his sword and t Rael’s gaze.
Then, with a single thrust, he stabbed himself through the heart, falling to the ground with a determined yet lifeless look.
I see... Rael tilted his head. So they’re either brainwashed, or sothing of the like. That’s good to know.
Rael didn’t linger as he leaned down and stored the guard’s weapon inside Jashin’s inventory.
Of course, he picked the guard up and tossed him inside one of the nearby rooms, which just so happened to be a single bathroom.
So with that, he continued forward, trying not to arouse any more suspicion.
Or that was the plan, anyway. But then, a sudden tug at his sleeve sent him flying into a nearby wall.
Rael groaned, and once his vision cleared up, he saw who was responsible.
Petra Talen, the buff Second Seat whose strength was truly on another level.
He had a sword strapped to his waist, and if he were to use it, Rael would be dead in seconds.
However...
"Sup." Petra waved. "How does it feel being back to Grade 1 again? Must feel shitty, doesn’t it?"
Rael was about to reply when he rembered a few characteristic traits of Jashin.
"Petra. Is there sothing you need from ?" Rael asked coldly. "Because if there’s nothing, then I suggest you let go."
"Oh? And if I don’t?" Petra mused with a wide smile. "Rember all those tis you thought you were better than ? What did you call it again... experience. Because you were older, you were stronger. But how the tables have turned... pfftt..."
Oh fuck off... Rael rolled his eyes inwardly. Why did I have to get in the middle of these guys’ rivalry? Couldn’t you have resolved this three fucking months ago?
"So what? Did that inferiority complex finally kick in?" Rael asked, narrowing his eyes. "Because as I see it, you’re the sa Petra you were all those years ago, seeking approval from those around you like so annoying mosquito."
Rael pushed Petra’s arm away and took a step forward.
"Now, if you’ve co here to bask in my last days of being one of the Five Seats, then do it elsewhere. I’m going out for a drink," Rael added, and pushed past Petra.
He limped away despite the imnse pressure behind him.
But the look on Petra’s face was priceless.
It was one of disbelief, anger, and jealousy. Rael didn’t know what Jashin had done to Petra, but clearly, the inferiority complex stemd pretty deep.
So Jashin is older than Petra, and at so point, he was stronger. Now Petra is much stronger... Rael sighed. How annoying.
Rael shot a glance at the motionless Petra, and then turned the corner, arriving in so sort of cafeteria.
He was lost.
But that was when he rembered sothing he had overlooked.
There was one very easy way to get information, so he opened a certain interface.
—You can now buy the identities of the forgotten!

Rael bought it without hesitation, and soon enough...
At the sa ti, mories flooded his mind, but unlike before, he let them in.
He filtered through the annoying mories, and only kept the mories of how things were run here, as well as the location and map of the Silver Palace itself.
And while he likely could’ve bought a map from the Premium Shop, having so more information was always better.
He closed his eyes and focused on the map. It didn’t take long to locate the Vault, or rather, the armory.
And thankfully, it wasn’t that far away, so within five minutes, he had arrived.
There was a giant tallic door, and in front of it stood two nacing guards, but when they noticed Rael, they bowed.
"Greetings, Fifth Seat. To what do we—"
"Unlock the armory," Rael interjected. "I wish to go inside."
