Re-Awakening: I Became a Pay To Win Boss Monster Chapter 499: Freebie
Chapter 499: Freebie
“Any wish?” Rael asked with a slight smile.
“As I said, any wish that I can grant,” Tiamat replied, gesturing for him to continue.
“Hmm… I’m not really sure what I want,” Rael said, his voice lowering.
Frankly, he had never thought about any single wish in the grand sche of things. If anything, he could ask for money. That would basically make it so he would never face any financial trouble in the future.
He could just go ahead and buy a race, max it out, and then repeat over and over again. There was no limit, but money was also sothing he could get on his own.
And right now, he stood in front of what was likely the strongest being he had ever seen in his life. Nyx was now the second strongest, and by quite a decent margin.
So the possibilities were close to endless, and that was where the problem started.
I have no clue what I want to get… Rael sighed. Immortality? A skill? Stats?
He was getting exhausted just thinking about it, so instead, he went another route entirely.
Taking a deep breath, he t Tiamat’s eyes.
“If you were , what kind of wish would you make?”
Tiamat raised a brow, amused. “That’s an interesting question… I’ve never thought about it.”
“Well, neither have I. But you’re powerful, so you must have better ideas, right?” Rael replied with a hum.
“Perhaps.” Tiamat shrugged, falling into thought for a mont.
“Hmm… I am quite greedy, but if given the choice, then I would likely pick from a weapon, a skill, information, and lastly… I would save the wish and use it another ti when I have made up my mind.”
With those words, she fell silent, giving Rael a mont to process everything.
A weapon… I can already make weapons, so it’s a waste. Skills are also sothing I can get with a bit of effort. Information is important, but it doesn’t co close to the value of having saved a wish from her.
He did want to cash it in right away, but he feared that whatever he chose might be sothing he wanted in the heat of the mont, not sothing he truly needed.
And because of that sole reason, Rael had made up his mind faster than he had anticipated.
“Let’s say I save the wish… How will I be able to cash it in?”
Tiamat smirked, and then rolled up her sleeve, revealing a tattoo on her forearm that represented a crimson eye.
He stared at it for a mont when all of a sudden, a sharp headache spread throughout his mind, nearly making him pass out.
But the headache soon passed, and the mont it did, Rael felt a cool sensation in his forearm. Rolling up his sleeve, Rael was left shocked as the sa crimson eye that Tiamat had shown appeared on his own forearm.
And when he inspected it, Rael was left even more surprised.
“This is…?”
“Shh…” Tiamat silenced him. “Don’t tell anyone you have this. This is insurance, a way to contact , and, most importantly, a way out if you ever get tangled in this ss further.”
Rael perfectly understood what she ant. This was his ticket out if the Void Realm got destroyed. Since it seed like he was connected to the Void Realm, naturally, he would naturally be seen as soone associated with the Supre Monsters and the Void Realm itself.
But with this, when the so-called Divine Realm invades, he could say he was with them. He wouldn’t be killed, since according to what he heard, the Ancient Primordials would be with the Divine Realm and a few other people.
So she’s basically poaching , Rael thought, rolling his sleeve back down without saying another word.
It seed like Vatyra didn’t understand what had happened. If anything, she was too busy being frozen in ti.
Since I never know what’ll happen in the future and what choices I’ll have to make… I’ll keep this card in mind… Rael gave her a quick nod.
“So when I need to call you…?”
“She can’t hear us, don’t worry,” Tiamat replied with a chuckle. “Our Signia are connected. When you want to contact , simply pour your consciousness into it… Or I suppose you can do that through the Mind Realm as well. You may also call whenever you have questions, want to simply chat or even train. That will not use up your wish.”
Rael’s brows twitched. “That’s a lot… What did you see in to give so many freebies?”
“Nothing that you need to be aware of just yet.” Tiamat shook her head. “Just think of it as taking an interest in your existence. Nothing more, nothing less.”
She cleared her throat, then continued. “With this, I have fulfilled Kareth’s request, and now we’re even.”
Turning back toward him, she flashed a smirk. “You may look around the Willow Realm, or you can try one of my pies. You are now my guest, so I will treat you as such. Whenever you’re ready to leave, tell Sylvia. She will escort you out.”
With that, it seed like the ordeal was over. Of course, Sylvia had already warned him not to eat Tiamat’s pies. He was a little curious why, and as much as he wanted to try it, he kind of valued his life at the mont, so he put those thoughts aside and stood up.
He walked over to Vatyra and placed a hand on her shoulder. Focusing his own Ti Mana on her, he tried to unfreeze her. But all he did was embarrass himself.
“Haha… Here.” Tiamat snapped her fingers. In the next instant, Vatyra began moving again, a frown on her face.
“You sly bitch…” Vatyra muttered. “I swear, if the war begins and I see you out on the battlefield, I’m going to kill you.”
“Mhm.”
Tiamat was not interested in Vatyra’s antics, but as for Rael, he had sothing he wanted to check out, which was also one of the main reasons he entered this realm in the first place.
“Say… Where’s Lucien?”
