Maya looked at the crystal table with her mouth wide open.
anwhile, Sam looked like an excited child.
It has been a really long ti since he managed to use all of his cheats in a battle. Particularly in a battle where his wits worked more than his strength, he would have really loved if he had this crystal table at his disposal to use.
But now it is not too late.
This couldn't have co at a more opportune ti.
As he looked at different clan leaders coming out of the clan grounds, Sam recalled all of his puppets that were out for surveillance. Now, he doesn't need anything like a puppet outside.
He can look at it from his room without any bother.

Clan leader 1 managed to strike a proper deal with all of these clan leaders and is now leading them. There are a total of ten clan leaders which ans Ten divine plane cultivators.
Apart from them, there are almost thirty Peak stage Astral Plane cultivators that could be considered strongest under the Divine Plane.

Of course, there are even a bunch of people who are at the peak stage and late stage of Astral Plane Consummation. They are not worth ntioning. All they might be able to do is be so extra set of eyes to find Sam or Maya.
Clan leader 1 looked at them and said.
"We are going to split as we have agreed before. We will be proceeding as planned. We are going to divide the whole city into sixty segnts.
We are forming ten groups, so each group is responsible for sixty segnts.
My external city formation has been reinforced with a very innovative formation one of my clan mbers recently made.
It keeps track of the number of life forms with a certain life force within the city.
When I activated the formation, it already registered the life force and if there is a fluctuation in it, we will all be imdiately notified.
Not only that, the formation will also try to track the direction in which the person could have disappeared as long as they didn't go too far away from the city in a single transfer.
So, unless they move away hundreds of miles away from the city in single transference, we will know which direction they went.
Then we will take one-way spatial transference formations to move in that direction.
Apart from that, don't forget to spend adequate ti in each segnt. As I ntioned, every brick should be searched thoroughly don't forget to place the formation discs all in place.
So, if they want to escape to the places that we already searched, we will be inford.

Everyone just nodded and made their move.
Clan leader 1 is really ticulous. When he realized how Sam tricked the Magman clan leader, he took all kinds of asures to ensure that the sa wouldn't happen to him.
Of course, Sam couldn't hear what is happening, all he could see is that the ten clan leaders separated with their subordinates closely following them behind.
They each went to a different area and started searching every nook and cranny. They didn't even leave, the n won and children within the houses.
They went as far as doing cavity searches in so places. Of course, they are at least mindful enough to let female subordinates deal with won and children.
Sam shook his head at this ticulousness and of course, the one thing that attracted his attention the most are the formation discs that were being laid out.
He frowned at this and curiously zood in on the crystal table.
If his cultivation was still at the beginning of the Astral Plane, then he would have had so problems, but now, with his cultivation level almost reaching the Divine Plane, he has much more power to examine the formation disc in detail directly from his position just through the crystal table.
He started studying the energy patterns of the formation disc and quickly created a simulation within the second floor of the Divine dinsion tower. He couldn't help but sigh in satisfaction as he did so.
He ran a simulation and realized what the formation disc would do.
He smiled and looked at Clan leader 1's projection on the crystal table.
"You are really good."
Sam couldn't help but praise him, but instantly he made a move. He disappeared from the spot and reappeared at an empty segnt which isn't being searched. He took out a formation disc of his own and hid it with an illusion formation around it.
Unlike the clan leaders, he didn't place it on the ground, instead, he placed it on a tiled roof. The illusion just covered it up. It is not a high-level illusion, but very few people would think outside the box to check every tile on a roof.
Next, he disappeared from that spot and went to another empty segnt placing another disc.
While the elders swiftly moved through their first set of segnts, Sam is already done with visiting the rest and placing the formation discs and he even went back to the inn.
Maya just saw this with awe.
While Sam is gone, she was able to watch his actions through the crystal table.
Now that she is seeing it in a three-dinsional view from far away, she could see what he is doing.
Sam is just too daring in her opinion.
Just a few hundred ters away there is a Divine Plane cultivator searching for him and he is dancing around placing formations here and there.
Now that he ca back, he just waited for the others to take his bait.
Everything has been laid down by him.
Now, he needs to make use of these preparations and see what he can do with these ten clan leaders.
When one of the clan leaders ca to the area where Sam and Maya are staying, Sam simply took out a divine dinsion fragnt and sent Maya and the kids inside. He also stored the crystal table away and wore a disguise.
He also changed his aura completely.
Sam's aura has always been neutral. But now he is emitting an earth elental aura and his life force seed to be fluctuating.
When the clan leader in charge of this area saw this, he didn't care much. He just thought that so severely injured man is recovering there. After all, the inn is known for its safety and protection.
But at that mont, the formation around the city has activated. The formation would keep track of the life force of the city.
Clan leader 1 imdiately got alerted. He went to the spot from where the formation has sent an alert to see which direction the targets went. But to his surprise, there is no record of it.
In fact, there is no record of them leaving the city.
He first thought that the formation is not working, but he shook his head imdiately. He paid a great deal for such a formation even though the purpose of it is not really that useful. It was actually a variant they quickly whipped up from a much higher-level formation.
It shouldn't be wrong.
As he thought to this point, he ca across another conclusion.
The other party might have used so special spatial ans to seal their presence off from the formation. It could be a divine dinsion fragnt or even so powerful formation.
Either way, things are not as simple anymore.
As he thought of this, he pondered on how to proceed.
anwhile, Sam laid down a formation in his room and let out Maya and the kids back.
The formation fluctuated again and the initial record was overridden.
"It seems like it is most likely a formation since they weren't just hiding away. It might need a lot of resources, I must confirm this sohow."
He muttered and went in as he tried to perform so iterations.
He gathered all the elders into a conference call through communication tokens and they spoke.
Clan leader 1 gave his hypothesis and he asked others to reveal the exact locations and their actions to find out exactly what triggered the others to use this technique.
