The next two days, Sam was on constant run on Harbinger.
He moved from city to city and everywhere he went he was imdiately discovered. But it is not just within the cities, even when he was travelling, he was being detected.
But he didn't feel distressed at this situation. Instead he just smiled.
"It seems like it is about ti, to make the next move."
As he muttered to himself, Sam started travelling once again and this ti, he didn't take any stops, he already had a location in mind.
That night, he appeared at the White Sand City, the headquarters of the White Sand Coast.
As soon as he arrived in the city, he triggered the surveillance system. Because, he didn't use a disguise, and he didn't even hide his aura. He walked into the city like he owned the damn place.
At this mont, Ervin is taking so rest after a long eting.
"Sir, we picked on the signal of Sam that we are searching for."
"Why are you reporting this to ? We have picked his location a bunch of tis, but we were unable to catch him. Just report to the nearest squad."
"No, sir. This ti the situation is a bit different, he is actually in the White Sand city."
Ervin was dumbfounded.
"What are you talking? He really ca to White Sand city? A guy who is capable of duping so many people, don't tell he is an idiot? Why would anyone in his position co to White Sand City?"

Sam who is walking in the streets was soon surrounded by the guards. He just raised his hands and said.
"I surrender."
Everyone is stunned.
By now, Sam has beco quite popular in the circle of guards and soldiers. The number of tis he escaped from people is insane. In fact, he even managed to escape from Divine Plane Pretranscendent cultivators.
They didn't even understand why he chose surrender at this mont.
But they cuffed him up and brought them directly to et Ervin.

Erivin sat on his seat as he looked at Sam coldly.
Just now the people that all had their money stolen from Sam arrived.

"Anyway, no matter how you ca here, you have abide by the rules of the White Sand Coast. You have stolen from these people and the amount is not small. It is almost equivalent to one fifth of the annual administration budget of the whole Dark Sea Sect."
"I didn't know it was that much. Not too bad."
Sam obviously didn't show any signs that he cared about this situation. For him this is not a big deal.
"Do you know the punishnt for this?"

Ervin frowned.

"Well, there is another thing I have noticed within your laws. In case of cris like robbery, if the victims choose to let go of the grievance and can receive a settlent with the thief, the thief can be let go with a fine."
The room turned silent. Sam didn't wait for anyone to respond and dropped the rings that are on his hand.
He then turned to the rchants and said.
"I apologize for making you guys worry and run around. I did for a selfish desire of mine. I would still like to buy your goods and that too at 1.5 tis the price. And if you can let go of this case, I can give two tis the price and also so very very special gifts that wouldn't be able to refuse."
The rchants frowned. They really don't want to trust Sam again. After all, they made them look like fools as they gave in to the greed once.
Sam smiled and continued.
"Mr Ervin, you can check the contents of the rings. The special gifts I ntioned are also inside. You can offer them this. I am sure they would benefit more the gifts than being in the prison."
One of the attendants took the spatial rings and gave them to Ervin.
When Ervin looked at the contents, he is dumbfounded to say the least. He didn't expect the contents would be so rich and grand.
Sam didn't just put so massive heaps of spirit stones in there. There are precious tals, weapons, herbs and fruits, all kinds of resources. Then there are so blueprints.
Ervin tookout the blueprints and was once again dumbfounded. He looked at the rchants and only one thought ca to his mind.
"There is no way in hell these guys would press charges."
He explained what they are getting and just like he thought, they didn't press charges, they even thanked Sam after. In fact, Darin even joked.
"Sam, if you really feel like robbing once again, please pick . If you are going to give our this sort of compensation every ti, you can rob every week."
Sam just smiled at this and his cuffs were taken off.
But he was not dismissed yet. He looked at Ervin and said.
"It seems like you might have already guess my intentions?"
"Not all of it, but one thing I can guess is that you did this et ?"
"Yeah, I want to make a deal with you. But a bartender told that you wouldn't be easy to contact. So, I have to take so drastic actions."
"But the price is way too much isn't it? Even if you have massive resources at your hands, it is still a waste. Even I am feeling a little envious of your wealth."
"Don't worry about it. All I have is money and making it is very easy for ."
"Anyway, lets not waste our ti with this useless talk. What do you want?"
"I want an official soldier position under the ranks of Dark Sea Sect."
As soon as the words ca out, everyone looked at Sam as if he is a crazy person. If not for the fact that he managed to make the whole White Sand Coast frustrated by his antics, they would have thought he is a retard as well.
