The soil is unusually dense and there seed to be so force holding the skeleton down. Sam kicked on the fingers of the skeleton.

He was stunned. The skeleton fingers took the full impact of his blow, but they weren't even effected. Not even a little bit. He frowned and tried to stow the harbinger away. However, the spatial pull of the divine dinsion is countered by the skeleton's force.
It just held the harbinger in place.
Sam could see the skeleton's head, its neck and collar bone are also almost out of the ground.
He checked the energy fluctuations of the skeleton. The more its body is out of the ground, the more forceful it has beco. As it kept on pulling on the harbinger, Sam had to increase the thrust of the harbinger to ensure it is not pulled away.
Sam beca decisive.
From the rear outlet of the harbinger, instead of the high pressured wind, a condensed beam of energy was shot out.
*BOOM*
It hit the skeleton's wrist and exploded.
A hole was borne through and the joints were broken. The fingers fell off, letting the harbinger go. However, Sam didn't imdiately leave. He halted and looked at the skeleton with his energy vision. The weird energy emitted by the skeleton, clearly indicated its strength.
It is almost on par with the strength of a peak stage second grader. It is clearly more than when only the hand was visible.
Now with every passing second, he could see it. The energy which under his energy vision looked like a fla enveloping the skeleton, is gradually increasing in size and density. Along with that he also saw sothing else.
The broken and fragnted pieces of bone are slowly gathering back together as they went towards the broken arm bone of the skeleton.
It is healing back to its original shape. Whenever a piece is joined back to the skeleton, its energy seed to have reduced a bit. However, within just a few seconds it is being recovered and kept on growing further.

*BOOM* *BOOM*
Two red flas were shot into the sky and exploded. They ca from the sa spot. He guessed it could be so signal of a different team. Sam got his focus back to the skeleton. Its upper body is completely out of the soil, and its struggling with the lower body.
Sam took out two cards and threw them one by one.
The first card, travelled over the Skeleton head while the second one was thrown towards the skeleton's face.
Sam conjured a spear purely made of lightning and threw it towards the second card. *BAM*
With an explosion, not only did the lightning pierce the card, it went through completely and hit the skeleton in its face. At the sa ti, the card behind the skeleton also conjured a similar spear and hit the skeleton head from the back.
The head of the skeleton exploded.
Sam caught a small fragnt from it.
As soon as he held in it in his hand, it tried to corrode his flesh with the death energy. It didnt feel like ordinary corrosion, more like a curse instead.
He negated the curse quickly and tried to store the fragnt in his storage, but he wasn't able to. There is a restriction.
He saw as the fragnts of the skeleton slowly gather again. He thought for a mont and threw the skeleton fragnt with all his might in a particular direction.
Then he turned around and went towards the signal that ca up.
He agreed to be with Crow and work together with him. So, he already communicated with Crow and they agreed on arriving at the closest place with trouble.
Sam travelled at his full speed.
Within seconds, he ca across a forest of dead trees. This scene is very similar to the one he saw in the undead realm way back.
The trees are dense, but there is no leaf, so even without his enhanced senses, he could see what is happening to a certain extent.
He could see a few trees burning from there and there are noises of so people fighting.
Sam stored his harbinger away and decided to sneak up to the fighters.
He took a few steps into the forest and his instinct scread.
*CLICK**BOOM*
There was a slight click followed by an explosion. A trap formation has been activated.
Sam reappeared outside the forest. He used his spatial blink to avoid getting trapped in that blast. He felt so stupid for a mont. Such an obvious trick, to use traps before sending a signal and he didnt bother to check for them.
He sighed and activated the space elent again.
With partial fusion, he calculated the approximate coordinates at where the fight is going and blinked once again.
anwhile, in the forest.
Two people from two different academies are in a fight. Both are fire elent users. One is using blood red flas, similar to the ones Sam saw exploding in the sky a mont ago. Another one has bright blue flas, maybe a result of special bloodline.
Both of them easily noticed that the dead trees here are very resilient and are burning for a long ti. They are also sturdy and are not getting destroyed with every attack they are
throwing.
They are using the trees to hide themselves and are throwing ranged attacks at each other,
turning that small patch into their little arena.
While they are intensely in the middle of a fight...
*BOOM*
The trap one of them set has been triggered. They imdiately stopped attacking each other. As if they already had a consensus and awaited silently, even using concealnt techniques.
Of course, the trees that they already set on fire are still burning and are like a beacon torches.
As they are focusing in the direction where the trap has been triggered.
*SWOOSH*
Sam appeared in the middle of their little battlefield without any sound.
*BOOM* *BOOM*
The mont he arrived, he was attacked by a fiery red snake and an inferno of blue flas.
Both flas clashed in an explosion. The attacks are powerful and intense creating a massive crater in the middle. Except for a residual tree burning nothing has been left there.
Both of them slowly ca out of hiding.
Their senses are on high alert. They looked around carefully. They knew their attacks are powerful, but they doubted they are enough to kill a person. The lack of dead body or any other remains is another clue. The other party surely escaped.
Both of them wanted to deal with this third-party before they have at it.
The man with the red flas walked cautiously in one direction, while his opponent walked
the opposite direction.
When there was a significant distance between the two, the shadows of the red flas guy
moved.
*STAB*
The arm of a shadow undead ca out and stabbed him in the thigh.
*BOOM*
He instantly launched a giant fire ball at his feet, trying to escape. But the shadow clung on to
him, taking the attack fully. Not only that, a shadow climbed out of the first shadow and stabbed the opponent in the abdon from the side.
Only when the two shadows are locked in completely, Sam appeared out of thin air. With a hand gun in his hands. He pressed it in the opponent's mouth before he could react.
*BAM*
It was actually a normal tallic bullet. However, he charged his own spiritual energy inside
and used void style.
*BOOM*
The head exploded.
Sam and the shadows disappeared from there.
The blue fla guy who was on the opposite side of the forest instantly arrived. As he ca
close, he activated his fusion and created a large inferno around him. That inferno moved along with him, creating a huge of patch of blue flas around him.
It is his precaution. His way to controlling as much space around him as possible. He looked at
the corpse of his forr opponent and gritted his teeth.
"Co out, you coward."
He scread.
When he saw no response, he aid his hand into the sky and shot out of fire ball into the air.
It reached a high altitude and split into several miniature fire balls before exploding. Sam who is hiding far away, looking at this new opponent had a deep frown on his face.
Because while dealing with the first opponent, he noticed an anomaly in the forest. As he looked with his energy vision, at the mont, he could see the energy similar to the one he saw around the skeleton.
That energy is enveloping a dead tree, not too far away from the opponent.
It is much brighter than the one around the skeleton and far too ominous. The part that made
fall into this deep thought its, just a few seconds ago, he saw that energy on a tree at least fifty
ters away.
Now, it is just a couple of trees away from the opponent.
He thought for a mont and activated his light fusion.
*SWOOSH*
He zood towards the opponent, out in the open.
*BOOM*
The flaming explosions ca at him. Sam dodged them all with his superior speed. When he entered the inferno zone created by the opponent, he suddenly changed the light fusion to the
fire fusion and then into partial fusion as he reached the opponent.
He punched out with the recoil style.
*BAM*
He hit the opponent and the recoil sent him out of the inferno zone. The opponent was shot towards the tree that is still glowing brightly with that weird energy.
The mont the opponent touched the tree, the branches bent in an unnatural way and
caught a hold of him.
