"Would you look at that it seems I've got an upgrade, Mana amplification, Terrain manipulation, construct pillars," Morris made the area tremble by applying a ton of Mana not a second had passed the area went back to its natural state before he picks his book and continued reading
"Hugo you need to move!?" Gale warned Hugo just in ti before a pillar erged beneath his feet. Its power wasn't threatening Hugo's existence, but his opponent made sure its enough to send anyone away from the circle
"Gale has a point! These pillars will attack anything that I pointed my attention to. No matter what you do, this will lock onto you in three, two, one!" Morris flipped over another page of his book while he sends a ton of pillars toward his opponent

'Hugo might be the Protagonist of this story, but I know him with every fiber of his being. No matter how strong he'll beco when he fully grows. A human is still a human they're not gods they have a weakness, and for him, it's distance. He's an all-rounder for sure. But how can he win a fight if he can't reach his enemy?'
The pillars, won't stop rising until they hit their mark. When he dodges one of them Hugo triggers another in its place, until he's placed into a position where his movents beca predictable. No matter what he did he'll always be countered. He soon realizes that within this restricted circle Morris was untouchable. And before he takes another step, he activated his trump card

Absent-minded from the fight Morris neglected his opponent, which overca his formation. He predicted the next pillar before it appeared while Hugo used them as his stepping stone to get closer to his opponent. Finally, he reached his goal
But in this short amount of ti which amounts to seconds, the outco changed to an unexpected turn. The outco he saw changed instead of a glorious victory he's pinned to the ground. When his vision ended the target he struck was revealed to be a mirage in place of his opponent. His real enemy waited until he let his guard which led to his demise and his abdon was struck by his knee
[How did he do that? A magician can't be this agile!!!?]
"What a great match you shouldn't have relied solely on your foresight just because you've gotten close. If this was a life and death situation, who knows it might have been your end... I'm done healing you. I'm gonna go back to my room," He fled the scene right after he tended to Hugo's wounds
On his way through the long and complicated area of the workshop, Morris leaned over a wall and closed his eyes. He rembers hearing a voice that echoed throughout his mind to the point that he acted without his judgnt. His boy moved when he heard the voice that stimulated him to the point of triggering his survival instincts

"Did you hear that voice?" Morris gained a headache after his stimulation by the mysterious voice
[What voice!? I didn't hear anything... Don't tell , are you on drugs!!!?]
"The fuck!!? What do you take for jackass!!! Of course im, not a druggie,"
'There's no way that it's a deity? Even if their authority can be compared with Sage or the Monarch... No deity can invade a person's mind, I wonder if I got cursed or if it was an item that was used on . Every possibility that I could think of has a loophole, there's not a single thing that I could use to piece it with my affair,'

"Never mind... You might be rough, it must have been my imagination. In the anti, I'll finish reading this book," After his headache subsided he continued his path toward his room
'There's a little difference between potion brewery and alchemy but they have this one principle they must follow for its success. They both need to pour a ton of mana into a single experint. Now, this gave an idea of how they get a ton of mana supply this could be pieced together with the missing people I've heard about. Those people kidnapped and his followers who threw away their lives... I wonder what he's going to do with all of this mana? And for what reason?'
He enters a dark and suffocating room that was disturbing to the point where he can't move a single inch. He was frightened by his situation and he forced his stiff and motionless body to move when he heard a noise getting closer and closer. When it reaches its highest volu the noise beca clearer and lower until it sounded like a voice calling out to him

He woke up in a cold sweat completely bewildered by his situation. For instance, all of the things he saw were nothing but a dream. His room was never dark nor was it suffocating, all of the things he saw were simply his imagination
