The ten Magic-type Bosses had only just appeared when they raised their hands, conjuring a Gale Forbidden Curse out of thin air. Instantly, a violent gale blew toward the city in the center. The mist surrounding the city was imdiately dispersed. Even the falling blizzard was blown off course.
Previously, during his own siege, the Forbidden Magic Domain had allowed Shen Fei to dispatch an incredibly powerful Magic Boss as if it were an ordinary person. Now, however, during this city defense, Domain-type items were forbidden. He couldn’t use the Forbidden Magic Domain, the Gravity Domain, the Earth Spike Domain, or the Celestial Tribulation Domain. With their numbers increased tenfold, the Mage Bosses were finally able to unleash their power. The mont they made their move, the steady attack rhythm of Shen Fei’s Defense Towers was broken.

The mist was blown away in the blink of an eye. As Shen Fei was observing the situation, trying to decide which Defense Tower to summon to counter the bosses, everyone cried out in alarm.

The mont the mist receded and revealed the Defense Towers on the city wall, the ten purple Knight Bosses drew their bows and fired. Ten destructive giant arrows shot toward the wall. The sight of them tearing through space and seemingly burning everything in their path startled everyone.
During the previous siege, that arrow had been dodged, and it had subsequently annihilated a large swath of land behind the battlefield. This ti, however, as the defenders, they couldn’t afford to dodge. If they dodged, the arrows would fly right into the city. If they struck and destroyed the Heart of the City, the defense would fail instantly.
When Shen Fei and the others had been on the attack, they had held back, worried that damaging the city would an they’d have to repair it themselves after capturing it. But when this bunch of NPCs attacked, they had no such concerns. Countless powerful attacks were launched without a mont’s hesitation.
Damn, this won’t be easy to block!
Looking at the ten incredibly powerful arrows, which carried an overwhelming montum, Shen Fei knew he had Earth Wall Towers, Crystal Wall Towers, and Wave-Folding Guardian Towers at his disposal. However, he was worried that if these Defense Towers blocked the arrows, the impact would trigger a massive explosion. Not daring to use the ten arrows to attack the Knight Bosses for fear that the Knights would regain control of them, Shen Fei directed the purple arrows toward the ordinary cavalry charging outside the city wall the instant they reappeared.
The ten purple arrows landed, and a purple mist billowed out silently.
All the cavalry NPCs on the battlefield were wiped out in a single move.
"Control!"
Ignoring the massive number of cavalry now pouring out of the large Teleportation Gates again, Shen Fei turned his attention to the 20 bosses: ten Knight Bosses and ten Mage Bosses.

At Shen Fei’s command, ten more Defense Towers were deployed—ten towers specifically designed to attack bosses.
Instantly, white beams of light shot out at a rate of twenty tis per second, striking the ten Mage Bosses. These were the Break Towers. Since a Magic Ban was out of the question, his only option was to rapidly interrupt any powerful magic spells that required chanting.

But this ti, the ten Knight Bosses weren’t destroyed. The Mage Bosses, whose ultimate spells were being interrupted, had each cast an instant, small Teleportation Gate, moving the bound and immobilized Knight Bosses out of the way.
The massive beam of Destructive Light only obliterated a large group of cavalry.
