"What’s inside here, after all?" Knowing the composition is essential for finding the cure; that’s their way to resolve the issue.
Tang Tianyi frowned slightly, his face a bit troubled. After all, in a race where first co first serve matters, ti is everything, and there’s no ti to think too much?
"How about you go down and take a look?" Qhianqhian nudged Haan Yun nearby, raising an eyebrow. "You look white and clean, like you’d be delicious."
Haan Yun crossed his arms in horror, looking at Luo Qianqian. "I just ate so chocolate, do you have to do this to ?"
Usually, they would use fragrant items to ensure he absorbs enough aroma to avoid bringing back any germs since he regularly interacted with corpses.
And when eating, he didn’t even have the right to suggest, he had to eat whatever others ate.
Completely unaware that he was paying the cost as a benefactor.
What’s most important is that all three of them consider cultivation as rest, except for him who has to sleep to maintain energy and often gets called to gather firewood?
The treatnt and discrimination he suffered were exceptional...
"How do you plan to kill ?" Haan Yun looked at Luo Qianqian with a face that showed he had lost all hope in life.
Luo Qianqian was stunned for a mont, looking at his expression felt she might have gone too far, she chuckled awkwardly...
But then she saw Tang Tianyi’s face light up as if he had thought of sothing.
Imdiately, Tang Tianyi took out a sausage, not even bothering to unwrap it... just pricked the surface lightly with a needle.
Then slowly placed the sausage, still wrapped in plastic, into the Devil Mud Pond, Bloodthirsty Swamp in front.
Luo Qianqian’s face showed an expression of realization.
If it were highly toxic, the sausage would only change color...
However, the sausage thrown aside by Tang Tianyi proved that the contents were not poisonous.
The sausage trembled on the ground, and soon the plastic cover of the sausage collapsed, but as it did, the faint movents beca clearer.
Even without dissection, Luo Qianqian and Tang Tianyi understood.
Luo Qianqian wasn’t interested in caring about the sausage cover, she directly pulled out a pack of wet wipes and thoroughly cleaned Tang Tianyi’s hand.
Afterwards, they picked up branches to probe with at, flowers, even snacks, but everything was eaten.
Even the flowers were not spared, which showed that plants were also their food; perhaps these surrounding plants weren’t eaten rely to deceive and attract more prey?
"Should we take a detour?" Luo Qianqian wasn’t sure how extensive the territory of these terrifying creatures was; she just didn’t want to be among them. Accidentally getting caught ans doom, even without contact it was ntally torturous.
Especially Luo Qianqian, who almost fell into the ss, less willing to contend with them.
"I agree to detour, though these things are indeed a curse," Yan said softly.
Watching Tang Tianyi and Luo Qianqian’s experint, if he couldn’t discern anything, he’d have wasted his years.
Aside from Haan Yun, who’s sowhat clueless, the others understood sothing, remaining silent and thoughtful.
Luo Qianqian’s eyes brightened first but then dimd: "Even if they’re unforgivable, we can’t set a fire. Creatures fear fire, but plants do too, forget it, let’s detour."
Tang Tianyi paused at Luo Qianqian’s words.
Luo Qianqian spoke rightly; fire could solve it, but they lacked the oil for it.
Sighing, he stood up, noticing the others without ideas, had to choose the detour option.
After setting off for a while, Luo Qianqian fell behind, casually tossed sothing into the swamp, instantly swallowed and vanished.
A smile curled on her face. "What I did just makes you more fitting, right?"
She joyously turned to catch up with the team.
"What are you up to?" Seeing Luo Qianqian in high spirits, Tang Tianyi raised an eyebrow.
"Poisoning," Luo Qianqian shrugged. "Natural selection, survival of the fittest."
Tang Tianyi paused, then smiled wryly with a sigh: "Hopefully, there won’t be a swamp with lethal toxins."
"They need significant ti to adapt to achieve that, evolve and survive, maybe disappear entirely in this change," Luo Qianqian was calm.
But as they left, they did not expect these creatures, not being human, would reproduce at an astonishing speed...
After a long detour, they used branches to confirm the lack of swamp ahead, even so, Tang Tianyi held back Luo Qianqian to stay last, while he walked out first.
Their seemingly normal actions were controlled, yet due to physical weight, when climbing trees or sensing potential danger, they would partly use spiritual power to maintain ordinary weight, which was a big consumption, improving their strength over the two-month journey.
This made Luo Qianqian imnsely grateful; knowing the danger yet willing to let her stay last, how could she not cherish such people?
When the group camped by dusk, seeing the tent Huangfu Yihui took out, Luo Qianqian couldn’t help but admire, truly a prince...
Was this a tent? It was more like a Mongolian yurt!
Was it sothings that a tent could describe?
Long silent, Tang Tianyi didn’t bring out anything; their modern items were too advanced for now, couldn’t risk affecting people’s impressions.
"Everyone co in and rest," Huangfu Yihui didn’t plan to monopolize, inviting them when the ’tent’ was set up.
"Really? That’s great, thank you!" Haan Yun’s eyes lit up, rushing into the tent first.
Luo Qianqian felt perplexed: "How could soone like this be a prince? Shouldn’t he have been eliminated by various thods long ago?"
Tang Tianyi nodded in agreent with Luo Qianqian’s murmur; such a person in Qing Palace dramas wouldn’t live past schooling.
"In the Royal Family, innate talent is the amulet," Huangfu Yihui said, looking at the two before entering the tent.
As long as the talent was unknown, even if soone hated him, they couldn’t act; if the talent was exceptional, it would elevate the Royal Family’s prestige, unquestioned by any woman.
