Mason Wilson couldn’t quite put his feelings into words.
On one side was his beloved wife, and on the other was the daughter he had adored since childhood, making him truly conflicted.
Especially since he couldn’t understand why Clarissa so readily believed Sophie’s words.
Clarissa Taylor rely looked at Mason Wilson silently and said, "I want to do a test."
"Clarissa, do you know what it ans to do this test?" Mason Wilson asked solemnly, "You’re suspecting that Ophelia isn’t our daughter."
This was the part that made him feel most uncomfortable.

"Good, good, not bad. Sophie, you really have a talent for this."
"It’s all thanks to Teacher Lee’s excellent teaching," Sophie Wilson said, smiling at Teacher Lee.
"Alright, that’s it for today. Watch more of the plays I’ve recomnded and think about how they portray the characters. Acting is not just hard work, it’s about talent too," Teacher Lee said with a smile, "And you’ve got quite the talent."
After seeing Teacher Lee out, Sophie Wilson ran upstairs directly to find a certain soone.
"Charles Seymour!" Sophie Wilson barged into the study as she pushed the door open.
Charles Seymour quickly stood up and went to et her, catching Sophie Wilson as she collided into him.
Little did he expect that Sophie would leap into his arms, causing Charles Seymour to swiftly adjust his movents to hold her securely.
"What are you doing?" Charles Seymour’s forehead veins popped out; if he hadn’t caught her, wouldn’t she have fallen?
"I knew you’d catch ," Sophie Wilson said happily, hanging onto Charles Seymour like a newborn kitten, blinking her innocent eyes and looking at him with trust.
The dewy look in her eyes made Charles Seymour’s heart itch, and he awkwardly cleared his throat, slightly averting his gaze, with his ears turning a bit red as he "seriously" asked, "What do you want with ?"
"Teacher Lee said I have talent and have made great progress," Sophie Wilson said happily, feeling discontent as Charles Seymour let go and placed her down, pouting slightly and casting a silent "accusation" with her watery eyes at Charles’ "heartless" action.
Charles Seymour pretended not to notice anything.
He was a man, not a saint.
Holding the woman he deeply loved... if he didn’t have thoughts after a while, it would be surprising!
Before any thoughts grew further, he restrains himself, to avoid... well, awkwardness, right?
"Do you like acting so much?" Charles Seymour tried to change the subject to cover up his earlier behavior.
"Acting? Not really," Sophie Wilson knew how shy a certain soone’s subtly reserved nature was, so she didn’t bother arguing with him.
She wanted to be a forgiving girlfriend.
"But, I like this script," Sophie said enthusiastically, "The second female lead is truly beautiful. As the inside contact on the side of justice, she’s valiant in battle and charming when seductive — just so cool!"
Sophie Wilson, in her excitent, completely missed the complex emotion that flashed in Charles Seymour’s eyes; she clenched her small fists and said angrily, "And why should I let Grace Wilson have it easy?"
"I can help you deal with her," Charles Seymour offered.
Sophie Wilson smiled, of course, she knew he could. At least in the previous life, after regaining her health, she never saw Stephen Wilson’s family again.

Sophie Wilson couldn’t bear to think of that word — even the thought of it made her heart wrench in pain like it was being sliced by a knife.
"No, I will defeat her myself," Sophie Wilson raised her head slightly, proudly asking, "What? You don’t believe I have that capability?"
