Sophie Wilson’s words left the reporters stunned for a mont: what did she an by taking back her own things?
Grace Wilson sneered: "Sophie, what nonsense are you talking about? Are you trying to say that Dad’s company is yours? How old are you? How many years has the company been established? When it was founded, you hadn’t even started elentary school."
Sophie didn’t bother speaking more to Grace, instead, she snapped her fingers.
Two people imdiately ca over, set up a projector and laptop, and projected directly onto the screen at the back of the conference room.
"Let explain the docunt to everyone," Sophie began with a smile.
Stephen Wilson glanced over, and as if crazed, he stood up, knocking his chair over with a loud bang, but he didn’t even care: "Turn it off! Turn it off!"
"Dad, what’s wrong?" Stephen’s agitation caused so commotion on-site, and the reporters started whispering, which made Grace feel particularly embarrassed and forced her to ask quietly.
"This was Mr. Wilson back then..."
"I told you to turn it off!" Stephen Wilson suddenly turned, his bloodshot eyes staring at Sophie like a fierce wolf.
Before he could finish speaking, he was already rushing towards the laptop, seemingly intent on smashing it.
Unfortunately, Sophie wouldn’t let him have his way, would she?
She ca today to clear things up in front of everyone, to completely rid herself of Stephen Wilson’s family.
Two security personnel seemingly appeared from nowhere and quickly restrained Stephen, preventing him from approaching the computer.
"What are you doing? What are you doing? Murder..." Cassandra Lee, seeing her son being held down, stood up suddenly, shrieking.
"Sophie, what exactly are you trying to do? Do you want to drive your dad to his death?" Lily Warren also stood up, supporting her mother-in-law, Cassandra Lee, and angrily questioned Sophie.
Sophie laughed, unaffected by the emotions of Stephen’s family: "Originally, the matters between us were settled, but you kept pushing . Since that’s the case, let’s let everyone judge who’s truly shaless."
"Sophie, I know you’re upset, perhaps we sotis slightly overlooked you, but the company has given you everything. Please forgive Dad," Stephen, unable to break free, resorted to playing pitiful.
With such an old age and begging his own daughter under the watchful eyes of the public, anyone with a shred of humanity would feel sympathy and side with him.
But Sophie ca today with no intention of saving face for Stephen.
Since he didn’t care about his dignity, why should she?
"Dad?" Sophie chuckled, "Soone with no blood relation, who embezzled my assets, sold to traffickers... qualifies to be called Dad?"
Sophie’s sentence carried imnse information, causing the reporters to explode in whispers.
"Sophie, what’s this about no blood relation?"
"Did Stephen sell you?"
"What’s the embezzlent about? How do you have so many assets?"
"I can explain to everyone slowly," Sophie said calmly, holding the microphone.
"Sophie, stop spouting nonsense!" Grace, despite the situation, remained confident, as Ophelia had assured her there were no issues, and she trusted Ophelia.
Sophie ignored her and said, "Everyone can look at the docunt, it was signed by Stephen Wilson and a lawyer back then. He raised , and my then guardian paid him a sum."
