"Crazy! This is crazy!" Old Mr. Seymour looked at the full-page statent in the newspaper in his hand, trembling with anger.
"What’s going on?" Old Mrs. Seymour ca downstairs and saw Old Mr. Seymour so angry. She chided, "Don’t you know you have high blood pressure? What’s so serious that it’s worth getting angry over?"
Old Mr. Seymour slamd the newspaper onto the table: "That bastard Ethan did another bastardly thing!"
"What?" Old Mrs. Seymour went over, picked up the newspaper, and quickly read through it. Her face instantly changed.
"Dear, dear, don’t get mad!" Old Mr. Seymour was more worried about his wife’s health.
"I’m not mad!" Unexpectedly, Old Mrs. Seymour put down the newspaper without a hint of anger, "I just didn’t teach him well."
"It’s not your fault." Old Mr. Seymour blad himself in distress, "He was wayward a long ti ago; I didn’t notice."
Ethan Seymour, who received Old Mr. Seymour’s call, was not surprised at all: "Dad, did you see the newspaper?"
He was ready to be scolded severely by his dad, but surprisingly, his dad’s voice was so calm: "Have you severed ties with Charles?"
"That’s right!" Ethan Seymour said righteously.
After so many years, he finally got his long-awaited revenge.
"Do you know Charles is your son?" Old Mr. Seymour asked calmly.
"Ha!" Ethan Seymour found Old Mr. Seymour’s words amusing, "Dad, you’re asking if I know he’s my son? Why don’t you ask him if he knows I’m his father?"
"All these years, has he ever called ? Visited ?" Ethan Seymour laughed bitterly, "I’m his father, not his son; I don’t live under his whims!"
"What does he have to be proud of? If it weren’t for the Seymour Family backing him, what would he have?" Ethan Seymour just wanted to see Charles Seymour fall into such despair that he would have to beg him.
Isn’t he arrogant?
He was determined to break Charles Seymour’s arrogance completely.
"Hmm." Old Mr. Seymour remained extrely calm, not showing a trace of anger, "I understand."
"Dad, I’ve already decided. No matter what you say, it’s useless." Ethan Seymour wanted to teach Charles Seymour a lesson, or else the kid would never learn his limits.
"Are you aware that our country’s laws do not support severing parent-child relationships?" Old Mr. Seymour asked.
"Of course, I know." Ethan Seymour laughed, "I just want others to know he’s no longer my son. Don’t think he can still wield my son’s na around!"
"Fine, you may not acknowledge this son, but he will always be my grandson!" After saying this, Old Mr. Seymour abruptly hung up the phone.
Ethan Seymour stared at his phone, furious.
"Dad, what’s wrong?" Jas Reed ca in holding so docunts and, noticing Ethan Seymour’s state, quickly approached and asked with concern.
"It’s driving mad!" Ethan Seymour was so angry that his chest hurt, "Jas, tell , why is your grandpa so biased towards that brat?"
"I severed ties with him just to cut off his finances, but your grandpa ends up supporting him!"
Ethan Seymour’s words made Jas Reed laugh, "Dad, after all, the company is grandpa’s. Since grandpa likes big brother, he naturally won’t let you treat him this way. Dad, calm down. Big brother is still your biological son."
