"Child, it’s not a big deal, why tell your dad about it?" Clarissa said with a sigh after Sophie hung up the phone.
"What do you an it’s not a big deal?" Sophie snorted, "That old lady must be out of her mind, calling your phone to curse people, is she crazy?"
Sophie was not soone with a good temper, and when she saw her mom looking upset, she leaned over to listen and heard Old Mrs. Wilson criticizing her mom over the phone.
Could Sophie tolerate this?
She grabbed the phone and gave it a good scolding, then hung up and blocked the number!
Neatly and cleanly taken care of.
Does she really think that just because she’s old she can be unreasonable?
Ugh!
"Mom, I’m telling you, you’re just too nice." Sophie snorted, "Why endure it? No matter who it is, if you don’t like what they’re saying, just clap back at them!"
Clarissa was amused by what Sophie said: "You, you’re still a child. That person is your father’s mother, shouldn’t we consider your father’s situation and not make it hard for him?"
"The way to get along in marriage is to naturally tolerate and understand each other." Clarissa said with a smile, while she was pleased with how Sophie defended her, she was worried that Sophie’s temperant would make her suffer when she gets married in the future.
Charles treats her very well, but on the other side, after all, it’s Charles’ blood family, and family ties are the most unreasonable and unbreakable things in the world.
It’s not sothing that you can just argue or make a fuss about.
"Mom, I think you’re wrong." Sophie frowned and shook her head in disagreent, "It depends on whether the person is being reasonable. If the partner truly sides with family over reason, then they aren’t worth it."
Clarissa couldn’t help but laugh: "From what I can see, Charles is soone who sides with you and not reason."
"That’s different." When Charles Seymour was ntioned, Sophie smiled sweetly, "Because I’m not unreasonable."
"If I was being unreasonable, and he still sides with , then there’s a problem with him. Now since Dad’s parents are being unreasonable, if Dad sides with them... Mom, I support you in divorcing Dad!"
Just as Sophie finished speaking, there was a loud bang at the door, making both Clarissa and Sophie turn their heads, only to see Mason Wilson standing there, supporting himself on the shoe cabinet.
"Dad, you scared ." Seeing that it was Mason, Sophie exhaled a long breath, patting her chest, looking frightened.
Mason looked at his little girl speechlessly.
Walking in and hearing your own daughter tell his wife to divorce him on such a shocking topic, wasn’t he the one being scared?
"What did you just say to your mom?" Mason asked for confirmation.
Maybe he heard it wrong.
"I said, let Mom divorce you." Sophie looked at Mason, smiling sweetly as she said it.
Mason: "..."
Is this really his own daughter?

Fortunately, Mason still had so reason left, and he quickly figured it out, turning to Clarissa and asking, "Did my mom call you?"
"Yes." Clarissa nodded.
"And then I gave her a piece of my mind." Sophie interjected.
Mason helplessly looked at his daughter, wondering who she inherited this fiery temper from.
"You..." Mason sighed lightly, making Sophie raise her eyebrows slightly. He better not tell her he’s taking the old lady’s side, because if he does, she’ll really encourage her mom to divorce him.
