"Sophie Wilson, I will never bother you again. I beg you, please don’t let the video get out." At this mont, Ophelia Wilson finally softened and pleaded.
"You have everything now, can you let go, please?" Ophelia implored pitifully, "I was wrong. I’m sorry, I’m sorry!"
Ophelia lowered her stance to beg for rcy, only to receive Sophie’s low chuckle in response: "Ophelia Wilson, do you really feel sorry, or do you think that only by apologizing can you secure your ability to marry Jas Reed and continue your luxurious life?"
Ophelia’s breathing suddenly beca heavy. Even if Sophie couldn’t see her expression, she knew that Ophelia must wish she could strangle her at this mont.
But so what?
She wasn’t afraid anyway.
"What? Did I hit the nail on the head?" Sophie asked Ophelia with amusent.
Enraged, Ophelia cursed, "Sophie Wilson, you’re shaless!"
Sophie held up the phone which had been hung up on, shrugged helplessly, and sighed lightly, "Such a temper."
However, as long as Ophelia’s angry, it’s fine. After all, the one furious to death is Ophelia, and as for her... she’s feeling quite cheerful.
Is there anything more satisfying than seeing evil get its due punishnt?
After Ophelia hung up the phone, she kept squeezing her phone with both hands, her fingers hurt from the grip, but she couldn’t feel it.
She really wanted to tear Sophie apart!
Why?
Why does Sophie have to be against her?
The fire of anger in Ophelia was about to explode, but fortunately, the ringtone of the phone brought back a bit of her sanity. She looked down, saw the caller’s na, and a complex expression flashed across her face. She answered, "Jas."
"Ophelia, where are you? Why haven’t you co ho yet?" Jas Reed asked anxiously, "I’ll co pick you up."
"Hmm, I’m staying at the hotel with Mom." Ophelia bit her lip and said softly, "We’re about to get married, right? I think it’s better if I stay outside for now."
Jas paused, then suddenly asked urgently, "Is my dad giving you a hard ti again?"
"No, no... I just thought it would be better to stay out for a while, and then live together when we get married, it would seem more rightful."
Jas disagreed with Ophelia’s words at all, retorting, "You’re my fiancée, isn’t it natural for you to stay at my house?"
Jas’s unhesitating statent greatly touched Ophelia, but she still declined: "Jas, I want to marry you rightfully, not to make people think I’m dependent on you."
How could she possibly return to the Seymour Family now?
Wouldn’t it be easy for the Seymour Family to notice?
It’s better to find an excuse, while also strengthening Jas’s determination to marry her. That’s a win-win.
"Okay, then you bear with the hotel for a while, I’ll marry you back soon." Jas hesitated for a mont before agreeing, "Be careful living outside by yourself, don’t let reporters find out."
"Don’t worry, I’m keeping an eye out." Ophelia said with a smile.
The two tangled sweet words for a while, reluctantly hung up the phone.
"Why not go back? It’s too unsafe outside, let’s go back!" Chaya Davis shook Ophelia excitedly, she didn’t want to stay outside at all, who knows what that lunatic Sophie might do to her, she just wanted to find a safe place.
