"Jas, is it convenient to talk?" Charlotte Reed called and asked.
"Yes, it’s convenient." Jas Reed replied, "Mom, did Dad go out?"
"Yes, he just left. He absolutely won’t agree to Ophelia Wilson marrying you. He made it clear that if you have a wedding, it would only happen over his dead body." Charlotte said with a smile, "Don’t worry, I’m still trying to persuade him."
"Okay, Mom, I understand." Jas nodded slightly and said, "I will discuss it with Ophelia and not hold the wedding for now, then we’ll secretly register for the marriage."
"At that ti, Mom, I’ll rely on you to accidentally discover it." Jas said, knowing that as long as he and his mother coordinated well, he could establish an image of deep devotion.
At that ti, he could not only shake off Ophelia Wilson but also impress Hayley Cole.
People like Hayley Cole don’t cherish what’s handed to them, the harder it is to get, the more they value it.
"I know, don’t worry." Charlotte said with a laugh, "Your dad has been quite angry these past couple of days. Make sure you don’t push it too far."
"I understand, Mom, thank you for your trouble." Jas said apologetically.
"There’s no need to talk about trouble between us. As long as you’re okay, that’s enough. We can’t let Charles Seymour take over the Seymour Family’s business." Charlotte said fiercely.
"Yes, Mom, I will definitely protect our family’s business." Jas promised.

Chaya was staying at the hotel, restless.
She paced back and forth endlessly, giving Ophelia Wilson a headache, "If you’re bored, go to the restaurant and eat sothing, but don’t go outside recently!"
"Okay, okay!" Chaya quickly agreed and hurried out.
She already knew that there was a jade shop in the hotel, and the necklaces and bracelets were beautiful.
She thought it necessary to buy sothing to calm herself down.
Chaya delightedly wandered through the jade shop, and the attentive shop assistant, after greeting her initially, stepped aside, allowing Chaya to browse without disturbance.
"Madam, are you interested in a private investigator?" Suddenly soone approached Chaya and whispered.
Chaya was startled, looking confusedly at the mysterious man next to her.
The man smiled at Chaya and said, "You look like a wealthy lady. Aren’t you worried about your husband being seduced by other won? I offer services in detective investigations and revenge against mistresses..."
"Get lost, get lost!" Chaya snapped, irritated. She had just barely put last night’s events out of her mind, and here this person was, reminding her again.
If she hadn’t trusted people like them, she wouldn’t have had such bad luck last night!
Chaya pointed at the man and shouted, "What’s wrong with this shop? Letting scamrs in?"
The man quickly scampered away.
"How unlucky!" Chaya cursed fiercely, losing interest in shopping, stomped heavily on her high heels, and left.
After running out of the hotel, the man found a deserted spot to make a secret phone call, "She’s not interested... even called a scamr... mm-hmm, okay, got it."
On the other side, Jas Reed hung up the phone, furrowing his brow, pondering what’s going on with Chaya?
Could it be that his hint last ti wasn’t obvious enough that she didn’t even take action?
