Letting Benjamin Walton temporarily manage the Wilson Corporation is no different from inviting a wolf into the house.
But why does his father want to do this?
Isn’t it obvious?
His father just wants him to see that even if he’s not around, the company can still be managed well.
His father is telling him that going back to the Wilson Corporation, the one who ultimately benefits is Mason Wilson, not him.

Mason Wilson shook his head, sighed softly, and said, "I know."
"Then I’ll get to work." Jim Perry said all he needed to say, turned around to leave, but was stopped by Mason Wilson, "President Perry, I won’t misunderstand him."
Jim Perry turned around and smiled at Mason Wilson, nodded, and then returned to his office.
Mason Wilson sighed with a hint of amusent; the people around Charles Seymour were really remarkable. They were just worried he might misunderstand Charles Seymour and have a falling out with him, which is why they said so much.
How could he not know what’s good for him?
He was surprised by Charles Seymour’s maneuvers, executed so beautifully they made one’s teeth itch.
Of course, for the Wilson Corporation, it was quite shaless.
It’s likely that his old man would be infuriated.
However, he had to admit, Charles Seymour’s approach was indeed quite satisfying.
As for him... well, he would just pretend to know nothing.
Old Mrs. Wilson didn’t even go to the company; he went straight ho. In such anger, how could he have the mind to manage company affairs?
Benjamin Walton was still waiting in the company and didn’t see Old Mrs. Wilson but encountered Erie Wilson instead.
"Erie, what brings you here? Where’s Dad?" Benjamin Walton asked puzzledly.
"Don’t ntion Dad." Erie Wilson sat down sulkily, her whole face clouded, "I was clearly speaking up for Dad, yet he blas ! Really can’t tell who’s right and wrong!"
"What happened?" Benjamin Walton asked curiously, wondering how things didn’t match his expectations.
Logically, after Erie Wilson went over, the situation at Peace Corporation should’ve gotten even more chaotic. How did Erie Wilson end up feeling wronged?
"You have no idea. Charles Seymour is really too much, and Dad too." All Erie Wilson wanted right now was to vent to Benjamin Walton about how wronged she felt, but Benjamin Walton was more interested in what exactly happened.
"Yes, if it weren’t for Charles Seymour being too much, why would Dad go there to reason with him?" Benjamin Walton was quite adept at dealing with Erie Wilson. He first aligned himself with her perspective and then guided her to share what he wanted to know.
"What happened? Did Charles Seymour bully you?"
Upon hearing Benjamin Walton’s words, Erie Wilson felt a bit more at ease and recounted what happened after she went over: "...Do you think Dad was being unreasonable? I was clearly on his side, and yet he yelled at !"
"Dad was just too angry. Don’t hold it against him." Benjamin Walton coaxed Erie Wilson, "You see how angry Dad is right now; maybe you should go check on him?"
"Mom and Dad are at such an age; I’m worried that their anger might cause sothing to happen." Benjamin Walton’s words made Erie Wilson nod, "Alright, I’ll go check on them."
"Exactly, with our eldest brother not ho, you should really try to calm down our parents." Benjamin Walton persuaded Erie Wilson to leave and imdiately turned on his computer.
There was no need to search specifically, as the recomnded web pages had already sent over the news.
