Wu Yun pushed through the revolving door and entered the hotel.
Inside, Wu Yun saw four massive marble-faced pillars, each so thick it would take two or three people to wrap their arms around them. They supported the five-to-six-ter-high ceiling of the lobby. Light stread in through the glass curtain wall, making the space feel incredibly bright.
Wu Yun sized up the hotel’s decor. It wasn’t ostentatiously luxurious; instead, it exuded an artistic ambiance.
The decor was clean and modern. In the lobby stood two sculptures of male and female clothing, their color sche reminiscent of Huaxia’s blue-and-white porcelain. They were too far away for Wu Yun to make out the material.
At this ti of day, a dozen or so people were seated in the lobby’s lounge area. So, laden with bags, were clearly tourists, while others were sitting off to the side taking pictures.
Wu Yun’s arrival drew the attention of a few people. Two fashionably dressed won, pretending to be on the phone, started following him.
Wu Yun walked toward the front desk. As he passed through the main lobby corridor, he noticed a sowhat cartoonish portrait of a woman hanging on the wall.
"Hello, welco to Niccolo, sir. Do you have a reservation?" a front desk agent asked, standing up.
"My na is Wu Yun. I booked an N3 Grand Deluxe Room on ituan. Could you please check in?" Wu Yun said, taking out his ID.
The front desk agent checked the computer and then apologized, "I’m very sorry, sir, but you may have to wait a little while. Check-in isn’t until two o’clock."
"We’ve been at full capacity recently, and the N3 rooms haven’t been cleaned yet. We appreciate your understanding. As a token of our apology, we’ve prepared so drinks and snacks for you. Please follow my colleague to the lounge area to wait. We’ll get you checked in as soon as it’s ready!"
’So many rich people in Rongcheng,’ Wu Yun mused.
Guided by a staff mber to a booth, Wu Yun had barely sat down when a fragrant breeze washed over him—two distinct scents, neither too strong.
"Hey handso, can we sit here?" a soft, sweet voice asked, sending a tingle through Wu Yun’s body.
Wu Yun looked up from his phone, and the first thing he saw was four smooth, slender legs, their fair skin so tender it made you want to give them a pinch.
Lifting his gaze, Wu Yun saw two fashionable city won. One had long, wavy hair and wore a black, off-the-shoulder dress. The other had her hair in a top knot and wore a form-fitting sheath dress. Both carried handbags, though Wu Yun couldn’t recognize the brands.
They were both pulling small suitcases. He wondered what was inside.
"Sure, go ahead," Wu Yun said, activating his Detection Glasses the mont he spoke.

Wu Yun had a fresh, innocent look, appearing to be about eighteen or nineteen. He wore an unbranded t-shirt and shorts, and he was quite handso.
Spotting two luxury shopping bags on the coffee table, Wu Ying and Jiang Xinyi exchanged a look, a silent understanding passing between them: a rich second-generation kid, still in school.
The soft, sweet voice from before belonged to Jiang Xinyi, a stark contrast to her sexy attire. "Little brother, are you still in school? My na is Jiang Xinyi. It’s nice to et you."
The more ladylike Wu Ying next to her also introduced herself, "I’m Wu Ying, Xinyi’s best friend. It’s great to et you."
Wu Yun was unsure of the two won’s intentions. After all, in his twenty-plus years before rebirth, he’d never been in a situation like this. Playing the part of an inexperienced young man, he said, "I’m Wu Yun. I just finished my college entrance exams and ca to Rongcheng for a couple of days. What about you two? Are you staying here as well?"
"We are! We’re in an N1 room, also waiting for it to be cleaned. But the N1 rooms won’t be ready until three. This Neyro Hotel just opened, it’s in a great location, and it’s the first Neyro Hotel in the country, so a lot of people co to check it out and post about it online, including us."
Wu Ying’s words gave Wu Yun a bit more context. He feigned surprise and said, "Oh, I had no idea. I just ca to the IFS area today to do so shopping, and when I looked for a nearby hotel, this was the closest one, so I just booked a night. Is there sothing special about this hotel?"
Wu Ying and Jiang Xinyi exchanged another glance, now even more certain of Wu Yun’s background.
The soft, sweet voice spoke up again, "It’s nothing that special. It’s just marketed as a high-end hotel in the city center with a good reputation, so a lot of people co to check in and post about it, like us."
"Oh, right, I forgot to ntion, we’re both bloggers with a few fans on Weibo. We often check into hotels like this, or high-end restaurants and boutiques, to take photos and attract more followers."
"We actually wanted to book an N3 room. We saw there was one left, but it was snapped up in the blink of an eye. So, we were wondering... little brother, would you let us take so photos in your room later? As a thank you, we’ll treat you to dinner tonight. How about it?"
"Of course! I was just wondering what to do for dinner tonight!" Wu Yun readily agreed. ’A al with beautiful won? I could eat an extra bowl of rice.’
"Ladies, do you have any plans this afternoon?" Seeing how fashionably they were dressed and how knowledgeable they seed about brands, Wu Yun had an idea: he’d ask them to help him shop for clothes.
"Why? Are you offering to buy us afternoon tea, little brother?" Wu Ying asked with a light laugh, covering her mouth.
"I can! I see you two are so beautiful and stylish, I was hoping you could give so advice. I want to buy so clothes. I wonder if you have ti?" Wu Yun explained his idea.
Just as Jiang Xinyi was about to speak, a staff mber interrupted them. "Mr. Wu, the front desk is ready for you to pick up your room key and register your ID."
Key card in hand, Wu Yun led the two won toward the elevator, drawing envious and jealous stares from so of the n around them.
He swiped the key card, and the door opened. Stepping onto the soft carpet, he could see the living room sofa and the distant skyscrapers through the window from the entryway.
"A 60-square-ter room is huge! After seeing this, I don’t even want to go to our N1 room anymore," Jiang Xinyi’s soft, sweet voice sounded.
"Then why don’t you ask little brother Wu Yun to let you sleep in his bed tonight!" Wu Ying teased.
"I wouldn’t dare go alone, I’m afraid he’d go wild. Would you dare to join ?" Jiang Xinyi retorted.
"Ahem!" Listening from the side, Wu Yun felt a little thrill of excitent. ’Both of them? My bed is definitely big enough for that.’
Wu Yun said, "Ladies, don’t you want to take pictures? Go ahead! When you’re done, we can go out shopping. I’ll buy you bubble tea!"
Wu Ying and Jiang Xinyi bantered playfully for a mont, then each took a DSLR cara out of her suitcase and got into the zone.
