Two hours ago, the little face that was as delicate as a porcelain doll now turned lifelessly pale. Her once charming big watery eyes were now full of horror, widely staring, evidently indicating that under terror, she was killed by Situ Zhi.
His Excellency the Minister’s face showed a painful expression. Today, he shouldn’t have brought his daughter to the Situ Mansion; it was all his fault. Originally thinking to make his daughter happy by taking her out, unexpectedly, he brought her to Hell. They say real n don’t easily cry, but right at this mont, extrely grief-stricken, tears slowly stread down from the minister’s eyes as he tremulously stretched out his hand to close his daughter’s eyes, who died with lingering grievance.
Situ Yongjie was also shocked upon hearing the news, hardly believing what he saw.
Indeed, Situ Zhi is only nine years old, and although usually a bit arrogant and domineering, never had one thought he would commit murder, let alone kill the Minister of War’s daughter.
How could anything conclude here?
Situ Yongjie was utterly confused.
Situ Zhi was being held down securely at the mont by several servants from the Ministerial Mansion, unable to move at all.
Yet, he kept shouting: "You dog servants, let go quickly. Do you know who I am? I am the Eldest Young Master of the General’s Mansion, the future heir of the General’s Mansion."
However, the servants disregarded his cries.
After all, they were servants of the Ministerial Mansion and only listened to the Chief of Staff’s orders. Besides, the person before them was the murderer of their young miss; how could they let him go easily?
Situ Zhi glanced up and saw his father coming in. Imdiately looking as if he had t a savior, he shouted: "Father, save , these dog servants want to kill your child, quickly have soone beat them to death."
Situ Zhi had caused a great disaster; Situ Yongjie was already furious. Seeing that he killed soone and showed no remorse, he naturally beca angry, striding forward and slapping Situ Zhi hard on the face: "You wretched child, look at what you have done."
"Father, why are you hitting ? You should hit these dog servants; they are pressing painfully. Ask them to let go of quickly."
Finished, he turned his head and shouted at the servants: "Aren’t you going to release quickly? My father is the Great General, be careful or you’ll lose your heads."
A few servants visibly shrank a bit, but upon seeing the Chief of Staff holding the young miss’s corpse and crying bitterly, their expressions beca resolute again.
"You... you..."
Situ Yongjie was infuriated, this wretched child killed soone, yet seed nonchalant and even felt wronged, what kind of ntality is this?
Just at that mont, His Excellency the Minister got up after tidying his daughter’s corpse, and with a face soaked with hatred, he glared at Situ Zhi fiercely: "What exactly did my daughter do to provoke you? Why did you viciously kill her?"
The violent tide had already receded.
Situ Zhi regained so coherence, and seeing the Minister himself questioning him, felt sowhat scared in his heart. However, rembering that this was his own turf and the Old Madam treated him like treasure, definitely wouldn’t let him be hard. Hence, he stiffened his tone again, shrieking: "Your daughter scolded ; she deserved to die. So what if I killed her?"
What kind of fallacy is this? Killing soone and claiming it’s justified? Unbelievable.
Moreover, his daughter was usually well-mannered and knowledgeable, never offending anyone, how could she possibly scold him? The Chief of Staff expressed disbelief.
"What did she scold you about?"
"She said I was a frivolous child indifferent to my own mother, allowing her corpse to be burned by my grandfather’s family. I was already very upset, she shouldn’t have provoked , she deserved to die."
