Situ Yu was trembling all over with anger, her lips quivering as she stamred, “You… you… you hillbilly, how dare you insult this Miss.”
The older woman laughed and said, “Miss? You still think you’re the noble Miss of the General’s Mansion? Stop dreaming, the whole manor knows you’re all imposters, not the real Miss and Young Master of the General’s Mansion. Otherwise, why would the General exile you to the manor?”

Situ Dieer shook her head and said, “Ma’am, we really don’t know what’s happening.”
The older woman said, “I don’t know the details either, just heard the Steward ntion briefly that you’re no longer the Young Master and Miss of the General’s Mansion, so no need to treat you with any courtesy, sa level as the other servants in the manor.”

She sneaked a glance at the older woman, seeing her eat with her head down and lips greasy, wanting to ask her for so food. But after just arguing with her, she felt a bit embarrassed.

A rumbling sound ca from her stomach.
The older woman glanced at her and, ultimately unable to bear it, took a bowl from the cabinet, filled it with so white rice and vegetables, and walked over to hand it to her, “Hungry, aren’t you? Have sothing to fill your belly.”
