Chapter 655: 407

Chuchu had taken a walk outside for a while before returning to her room to study.

Xue Yuantong was still cross with Jiang Ning, so she decided not to speak to Jiang Ning for half an hour.

She didn’t go to Jiang Ning’s room to play video gas and opted to watch TV at her own ho instead.

She loved watching TV while hugging her tablet, letting the TV play whatever was on.

If it were raining outside and she had so snacks at hand, it would probably be the most comfortable mont.

Unfortunately, there was no rain, and the tablet belonged to Jiang Ning, which she disdainfully pushed aside.

She curled up on the sofa, hugging her knees, and watched TV earnestly.

Two salespeople on TV were promoting weight loss pills, shaping, no side effects, no rebound, boasting exaggeratedly.

Previously sold for 2,999 yuan, now only 899 yuan for a treatnt period, the salespeople desperately enticed viewers to place orders, starting a countdown; one had to call within this ti fra or the price would revert back to the original as soon as ti ran out.

Xue Yuantong’s eyes were bright; she touched her small belly, flat and soft, not needing any weight loss pills at all.

How nice, not doing anything and saving 899 yuan!

An hour later, she wasn’t bored in the slightest, sotis giggling to herself, her small face beaming with smiles, carefree.

When Jiang Ning entered the door, Xue Yuantong was still smiling, but as she noticed him, she imdiately put on a straight face.

“Want to go to the urban area for fun?” Jiang said, “I’ll take you roller skating.”

The thought of the fun roller skating got Xue Yuantong excited, but she still played coy.

“After roller skating, we’ll have so good food; we won’t cook lunch at ho,” said Jiang Ning.

Xue Yuantong was even more enticed, counting her change in her mind, making sure her little purse had enough.

Her mother had been more generous with money lately, and Xue Yuantong had plenty of pocket money, not to ntion the rewards from school exams.

“I’ll call Chuchu,” said Xue Yuantong.

“Isn’t she studying? Will she want to go?” asked Jiang Ning.

Xue Yuantong replied, “I have a way.”

With that, she went to Chuchu’s house alone, and a few minutes later, Xue Chuchu left the house with her.

Urban area, Blue Horse Mall Phase I.

Jiang Ning walked on the smooth white marble floors of the enormous atrium mall, followed by two girls, one taller, one smaller.

Especially the pubescent Xue Chuchu, whose outstanding appearance drew frequent glances from passing n and won.

Several ters away, a group of seventeen or eighteen-year-old boys huddled together; one with yellow hair kept glancing over here, quietly discussing.

With Jiang Ning’s hearing, he heard clearly; they were plotting to co over and ask for Xue Chuchu’s contact information.

Jiang Ning was not concerned; if Xue Chuchu were out by herself, it might be troubleso, but with him around, there was nothing to worry about.

They strolled around the first floor and then went to a jewelry store on the second floor. Xue Yuantong spotted two pretty hair clips priced close to 20 yuan. She checked Taobao and found the sa ones for only a few yuan.

After browsing the second floor, they continued to the third floor. The entertainnt area on the third floor housed many tutoring classes.

Standing outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, Xue Yuantong watched a group of boys clad in Martial Arts uniforms. They lined up neatly, their kicks and punches full of vigor, and even let out “Ha” sounds with their mouths, looking quite impressive.

Xue Yuantong watched for a while then suddenly rembered Jiang Ning beside her and asked,

“Are the Martial Arts they’re practicing any good?”

Xue Chuchu looked over as well.

She clearly rembered when Jiang Ning kicked that crazy man away during the move.

That crazy man was extrely fierce when beating his wife; soone tried to intervene before and ended up getting beaten by him.

Thinking back on how Jiang Ning handled it, she seriously suspected that Jiang Ning must have trained in Martial Arts; otherwise, he couldn’t have done it so effortlessly.

Jiang Ning appraised, “Better than an average person, but not particularly impressive.”

Hearing that, Xue Yuantong’s hopes were dashed; the fantasy of mastering Martial Arts to bully Jiang Ning collapsed instantly.

She couldn’t help feeling deflated.

Xue Chuchu pondered in her heart; unlike Tongtong who knew nothing, she considered for a few seconds and asked,

“Jiang Ning, what kind of Martial Arts have you learned?”

“I haven’t trained, just naturally strong,” Jiang Ning answered.

Xue Chuchu had to believe him; through their ti together, she didn’t think Jiang Ning would lie.

Passing by the Taekwondo Hall and moving forward a bit, they saw a dance studio, filled with little girls in black dance outfits, showing off their delicate bodies and graceful poses.

Xue Yuantong watched for a while, then sized up Chuchu and confidently said, “You would look lovely dancing!”

Xue Chuchu replied subtly, “Forget it.”

She didn’t have the ans to learn to dance; those classes were expensive.

After circling around a good part of the mall, they finally arrived at the skating rink. Neon lights illuminated the broad ice rink, with around a dozen people skating inside, half of whom were acquaintances.

Wang Longlong, Ma Shicheng, ng Gui.

Cui Yu glided gracefully, chasing a girl with flowing long hair, trying his best to skate.

Up ahead, Xu Yan didn’t slow down, making a beautiful wide turn that traced a perfect arc.

Cui Yu also wanted to conquer this wild horse and didn’t slow down, but the difficulty was too great, and he crashed straight into the barrier, tumbling over spectacularly.

Through the glass wall, Xue Yuantong saw this scene and recoiled in fear, absolutely terrified!

It wasn’t a surprise for Jiang Ning to et them here; ng Gui and the others liked to play roller skates here.

Mainly because the Boss Lady was young and pretty, and for high school students, roller skating was more affordable compared to other activities.

Jiang Ning spent 25 yuan for three pairs of roller skates.

Ma Shicheng and the others noticed the movent at the front desk, glided over, and greeted them.

There were two types of roller skates, quad and inline.

Xue Yuantong and Xue Chuchu had never tried roller skating; her intuition told her that quads might be simpler.

After putting on the shoes, Jiang Ning asked her, “Do you know how to skate?”
