After settling their luggage,
under the guidance of their Second Uncle,
they toured the entire manor.
Apart from what they had just seen, the estate also boasted a large outdoor swimming pool, about the size of those used for competitions. When necessary, a thin film projection could be erected to turn it into an indoor pool.
With this one, the estate has three swimming pools in total.

not counting the artificial lake.

Since the ground beneath the lake is concrete, with no mud, the water is naturally clear.
Eight huge water quality filters surround the lake.
Second Uncle ntioned that filling it with water took over a month, with more than twenty pumps, pumping day and night directly from a distant mountain spring. Fortunately, the mountain spring is connected to an underground river, so the water level has not changed much.
The lake’s surface shimred with ripples.
There was also a long beach.
Tang Kai had gone to the trouble of bringing in the sand from coastal regions, carefully selected and free of impurities. According to the design requirents, it had to be replaced every six months because sotis the wind might blow in so fine impurities.
A five-ter-wide bluestone boardwalk extended into the heart of the lake.
In the center of the lake stood an exquisitely designed pavilion, clearly the work of a master designer.
Fishing platforms were also situated around the lake.
There were even several boats, so chanical and so human-powered.
Every fifty ters along the shore were lifeguard stations; though the lake’s deepest point was only two ters, and the edges were at most knee-high, it was good to be prepared with the necessary lifesaving equipnt.
"Tangtang, any suggestions? If there’s anything you’re unsatisfied with, let know and I’ll have it changed," Tang Kai said with a generous tone. This manor was ant to be a vacation place for their family. Since his own brother and the others were hesitant to make comnts, he could only ask Tang Qing.
"Everything is great, I didn’t find anything problematic. The facilities are complete; it’s a wonderful place for a weekend retreat," Tang Qing genuinely felt it was quite nice.
"Haha, that’s good to hear," Tang Kai was delighted.
By the ti they finished touring the manor,
it was already past five in the afternoon.
At that mont, Tang Qing’s parents and Lin Jiaxue’s parents arrived together.

They used to think about saving so money to help their son buy a house.
But now,

The Tang Family’s dinners had ford a certain convention.
That was, they would toast collectively only once at the beginning; after saying what needed to be said, everyone would eat and drink at their leisure. The usual practice of going around the table toasting individually didn’t apply here.
As a family,

A dozen glasses clinked together.

They downed it in one gulp.

Tang Qing chuckled and said, "Uncle, I’m benefiting the hotown, not squandering money. Wait for you to scope it out first. If there are any good investnt projects, I won’t hesitate; I’ll do it even at a loss."
"What do you an ’scope it out’." Qin Yugang couldn’t help but laugh and cry, as if it sounded like he was going for a shady deal.
"Right, it should be called an inspection." Tang Qing quickly corrected himself.
Qin Yugang nodded, "That’s more like it. I’ll go have a look first. I’ve heard that the county situation is complicated. Last month, three mbers of the County Standing Committee got into trouble, so, aside from economic reasons, the city also wants to go down and stabilize the situation."
"With Uncle’s ability, you’ll certainly have no problems," Tang Qing encouraged. The problems in the county had been investigated by the fighters; it was simple. As soon as Qin Yugang took office, he would quickly understand everything.
