To witness the developntal achievents and economic plans coming out of Myanmar.

Lang Cai and several deputies were seated on the stage.
Today, Lang Cai looked refreshed, his complexion much rosier than before.
Finally, during his term, he had managed to pull back two states that wanted to break away, completing what he called his "historical mission."

The deputies would report according to the departnts they oversaw, and Kan Qin was the penultimate, with Ling speaking last.

Ling oversaw only one departnt, equivalent to the Developnt and Reform Commission; however, his departnt only had the rights to provide suggestions and make plans, so his speech was relatively brief.
It ended in about ten minutes.
But the report concerning the Myanmar Economic Zone was extensive.
