Inside Tang Qing’s villa.
Everyone is enjoying a delicious dinner jovially.
"Brother Tang, your chef is absolutely fantastic. Where did you find them? I might hire a few myself. With their skills, it feels like all my chefs have been fumbling around," Huang Qi feasted on the food, entirely unconcerned about his appearance.
He was sowhat doubtful whether the credentials of his forr chef were fabricated.
What else could Tang Qing say but give a small smile, saying, "As long as you like it, eat more."
They had lunch at The Bund, with Huang Qi hosting and stating why he had sought for Tang Qing. Their joint real estate company had received funding from each of their hos. Therefore, Huang Qi wanted to know if Tang Qing would fund as well. Otherwise, his stocks would inevitably be diluted.
Previously, Tang Qing held 30 percent of the company’s stocks. If he didn’t invest now, his ownership might drop to under 10 percent. Therefore, Huang Qi went out of his way to inform Tang Qing.
After a mont of thought, Tang Qing outright rejected the proposal.
He didn’t have much money to waste. The real estate company was a favor to begin with. Now that he had helped, he didn’t intend to intervene anymore. A bit of ownership was enough. Real estate? Was it lucrative?
He had never thought about getting too involved with this real estate company. If it were the one in Beijing, it might be different. It was secure, and he trusted the collaboration.
Understanding Tang Qing’s outlook, Huang Qi expressed his gratitude and explained the situation. With the situation being that there was more manpower than opportunity, other shareholders solved their financial issues. Consequently, their demand for Tang Qing dropped drastically. "No need to be polite. I am no real estate dealer to begin with. If anyone requires, I am even willing to sell my stocks. Recently, the capital I invest in other businesses has been quite tight," Tang Qing replied with a smile. He had no interest in maintaining a company with less than 10 percent of shares.
Hearing this, Huang Qi hesitated, assuming Tang Qing was venting his displeasure. Regardless, he didn’t say anything more and proposed another toast.
"Brother Tang, thank you again for your help last ti. I will rember it in my heart. I promise to support you if you ever need help," he emptied his glass. Shen Yi thought Huang Qi had co just to drink.

Clearly, Tang Qing no longer wished to involve himself with them, opting instead to withdraw altogether.

"No need. I have no feud with them. What’s the point really? I could have used that money for so many other things. Investing in real estate doesn’t satisfy much. Moreover, the shareholder background of this company is very chaotic. If I could sell my shares, I’d be quite pleased."
Neither had they encroached on his assets, nor did Tang Qing feel the need to make things difficult for Huang Qi, whose impression Tang Qing admired.
"Boss Tang is so generous." Shen Yi flattered. Indeed, to Tang Qing, the low matters of these henchn held no real significance. Although their combined background was sowhat strong, how could they be stronger than Chai Ren and their ilk?
