When Bai Haoxue finally got a clear look at the little bun’s face, she froze. It was as if all the blood in her body had turned to ice...
His face... his face looked exactly like Ji Hanyu’s, the only difference being one was a magnified version and the other a miniature.
This little bun was practically carved out of the sa mold as Ji Hanyu.
Could it be that Ji Hanyu already had a child?
Was she still too late?
If her child were still alive, they would probably be about the sa age as this little bun, right?
Her precious one would also look so much like Ji Hanyu, wouldn’t they?
And the little bun, upon clearly seeing Bai Haoxue’s face, also hesitated but was more shocked.
This woman, she looked so similar to the drawing Dad had made, he thought it was just Dad’s imagination!
"What’s wrong with you? Why are you staring at like that?" The little bun shook his small hand.

The little bun opened his small arms, and Bai Haoxue drew him into her embrace.
It was a while before Bai Haoxue released him, and as she did so, she quickly planted a kiss on his small cheek while he wasn’t paying attention.
"Alright, you should hurry back, I must be going too," Bai Haoxue said.
"You actually kissed ? You actually kissed ? How could you steal a kiss from ?" Until now, he’d never been kissed by a woman before, how could this woman steal a kiss from him?
Now that she kissed him, she had to take responsibility!
For so reason, the little bun’s cheeks and ears suddenly flushed red. He gave Bai Haoxue a glare, then glared at the ground, and walked off in a huff.

Excitedly clapping, he tried to climb higher for a better view, but accidentally got his foot stuck.
Bai Haoxue chuckled softly, ruffled his little head, and soothed him before he could flare up, saying, "You’re cool too!"
"Goodbye!"

Back at the hotel, Bai Haoxue found the first aid kit to apply dicine to herself.
Initially, she hadn’t noticed the abrasion she got when she fell while catching the little bun, but upon lifting her clothes, she realized it was quite serious.
But fortunately, that adorable little bun was unhard.
Thinking that the little bun was Ji Hanyu’s son, Bai Haoxue felt a mix of sourness, bitterness, and relief in her heart.
He has an adorable son now, so he must have been doing well these past years.
No wonder he didn’t want her to stir things up for him!
Turns out he already has a new lover and family.
She should have checked. She shouldn’t have impulsively rushed to find him as soon as she returned.
