No one knows how many Zombies Zombie King Li Mucheng can control. If they don’t leave quickly, once he reacts, a zombie horde will definitely follow.

What rendered Zombie King Li Mucheng montarily stunned was Mr. Li; Bai Xiqin was controlling Mr. Li, so she could only stay here.

The Bai Family knew that Bai Xiqin had space abilities, so she would be fine, and they also understood that staying would only affect Bai Xiqin.

They had to leave first.

Bai Yifan gritted his teeth, rubbed his eyes hard, and floored the gas pedal, driving the carload of people frantically out of the village.

The road was entirely packed with zombies, but Bai Yifan didn’t look and just ramd through them.

On the road, they encountered a few survivors escaping from the yards.

"Hey! Wait for us! We need to get on the bus too!"

Seeing the bus, so survivors waved their hands eagerly, hoping to get on.

This gave them a better chance of survival, who knew if the zombies would suddenly attack.

The Bai Family acted as though they didn’t hear and continued driving the bus forward without stopping.

"Damn! Really cold-blooded!"

"They’ll get bitten by zombies sooner or later!"

A few ordinary people glanced at the back of the bus and couldn’t help but curse.

But their feet didn’t slow down, and they ran forward quickly.

The Bai Family couldn’t hear these words, and even if they did, they wouldn’t stop.

Not only were there zombies inside the village, but outside the village too. It seed that Zombie King Li Mucheng really summoned all the nearby zombies.

Although they didn’t know why the nearby zombies were dazed, running now was undoubtedly the right choice.

Under the dim moonlight, so emaciated humans crazily rushed through the hideous zombie hordes at a fast pace.

Pale and seemingly about to faint, their survival instincts created miracles.

So fearless individuals cut open zombie brains one by one, harvesting the crystal cores inside with relentless joy.

Zombie King Li Mucheng didn’t care in the slightest, not even when people treated his zombie followers like harvesting crops.

His slender fingers pressed against his chest. He could faintly feel an inexplicable emotion there.

His brows furrowed tightly, appearing extrely conflicted.

Yes, he was conflicted.

He was conflicted about what was happening to him.

As a zombie, why was he feeling other emotions? At this mont, he didn’t know what to do.

Accompanied by the rampaging emotions in his head, his facial expression beca increasingly twisted.

He hated this whimpering sound, but for so reason, he also wanted to hear it.

The word "father" beca unfamiliar in his heart.

He rembered that he wasn’t always so cold and unfeeling before.

Having lost his mother at a young age, he relied heavily on his father and had a deep father-son relationship.

He rembered blood ties, but couldn’t recall that feeling.

Now, hearing his so-called father’s weeping, he felt bewildered.

Why did this sound keep haunting his mind, and why did it cause a slight stab of pain in his heart?

The expression on Zombie King Li Mucheng’s face twisted to an extre but still failed to make sense of it.

The more he thought about the past, the more he recalled the familial bonds, the stronger the bloodthirsty and berserk emotion rampaged in his mind.

Devour—he wanted to devour everyone.

The scent of flesh and blood his nose detected magnified greatly, the aroma of blood and flesh stimulating his berserk emotions.

Yet the source of this intense flesh and blood aroma was not from the Bai Family, it belonged to his father.

Flesh, devour.

He was a zombie, a at-eater, and the flesh and blood his nose detected were within his scope to devour.

Zombie King Li Mucheng’s once-twisted face suddenly cald down.

He slowly opened his eyes, staring directly at Mr. Li, who was hovering in the air, his forr father.

"Put him down, and I’ll give you five minutes."

Zombie King Li Mucheng extended a finger, pointing to Mr. Li floating in the air, his voice icy.

The cold moonlight cast on his face, making it appear even paler.

Bai Xiqin and Leng Yebai exchanged a glance, nodding slightly.

After all, the two elders, Wang and Liu, had been rescued, and most of the survivors trapped in the village had escaped. They couldn’t defeat Zombie King Li Mucheng, let alone this endless, tireless zombie horde.

Bai Xiqin’s fingers moved slightly, and Mr. Li slowly landed on the ground.

At the sa mont Mr. Li touched the ground, Bai Xiqin and Leng Yebai held hands and hurriedly dashed towards the direction of the bus.

Their speed was fast, and with their strong superpowers, their physical constitution beca even more robust, almost in a blink of an eye, they had already sprinted twenty ters away.

As a Zombie King, Li Mucheng still had so credibility and didn’t command the zombies to bite Bai Xiqin and Leng Yebai.

Walking step by step on the scorched earth, Zombie King Li Mucheng slowly approached Mr. Li.

The muted whimpering from Mr. Li, who was set on the ground, paused, though the murky tears still fell drop by drop.

He couldn’t help his tears when he thought of his once-trusting son turned into the cold figure before him.

The exemplary student who once scored nearly perfect grades in every test was gone.

Zombie King Li Mucheng squatted down slightly, looking at Mr. Li slumped on the ground, as if he were observing an animal.

It was like eting this person for the first ti.

Zombie King Li Mucheng lowered his head to scrutinize him closely.

Old Mr. Li understood; the look was like the first ti his son saw a squirrel.

His slender, fair fingers rubbed back and forth twice, his gaze lowered slightly, unaware of what he was contemplating.

Suddenly, his brows knitted again, his facial expression showing a tendency to distort.

"Xiaocheng." Mr. Li called softly to his son, "Let’s just stay peacefully in the village from now on, stop eating people, okay?"

Mr. Li attempted to persuade his son.

Zombie King Li Mucheng snapped his eyes to Mr. Li, as if seeing him anew.

"What did you say? Not eat?" Zombie King Li Mucheng’s voice grew sharp, "Why not eat? I’m starving!"

The bloodthirsty impulse raging in his mind never dissipated; the hunger gnawing at his stomach couldn’t be suppressed. How could he survive without eating blood and flesh?

The instinct etched into his bones couldn’t be restrained; if he suppressed his instincts, what aning would there be?

He tasted nothing from anything else; only flesh and blood could confirm his continued existence in this world.

Without consuming blood and flesh, he couldn’t understand what his life would be worth!

"How can you eat humans? Eating humans is wrong, it’s wrong." Mr. Li murmured.

Zombie King Li Mucheng took a closer look at Mr. Li’s gaze, then glanced at the ordinary zombies nearby.

The two types of gazes were different.

One gaze mirrored his own, the bloodthirsty instinct laid bare in those eyes.

While Mr. Li’s gaze bore traces of despair and disbelief.

Zombie King Li Mucheng felt deeply displeased, yet he knew not how to alleviate this dissatisfaction.

Zombie King Li Mucheng abruptly stood, casting Mr. Li’s gaze aside, directing his eyes towards the cold moon above.

The confusion in his eyes rapidly cleared.
