Shared Bath Treatnt
Before long, Celia placed the dinner on the table. After Serea untied her, lilith carefully picked up a bowl of porridge...
"So fragrant..."
"Isn't it?"
Serea said this with an air of pride, as if the al had been made by her own hands. As she watched Lilith eat gracefully, much like a cat, Serea closely studied her face.
"By the way, I rember you said you'd tell the reason you suddenly left the Otto Kingdom all those years ago."
"......"
When Serea pressed her about this, lilith lowered her head a little, pursing her lips as if struggling with sothing inside. Just as she was about to speak, Lola suddenly walked in from outside.
"Queen, I've brought the things."
As Lola spoke, several elves followed in behind her, each carrying buckets of the Spring of Life.
"Why did you bring so much?"
"I saw that Queen Serea was quite worried, so I thought we might as well do it as quickly as possible."

"Using the Spring of Life as a dicinal bath, with the addition of natural energy, should help clear the curse faster."
As Lola explained, the elves set down each bucket of the Spring of Life. When Lilith saw the green spring water radiating such a strong life aura, she exclaid in surprise.
"The Spring of Life! There's so much—could there be another elf royal among you?"
"Mhm, queen Serea is our only queen."
"Serea..."
Lilith looked at Serea in amazent, then noticed the three blood-drop markings on Serea's forehead.
"Don't worry so much, just focus on your treatnt."
"But the Spring of Life must be really precious, you're just giving it to like this..."
"No matter how precious it is, it can't possibly be more valuable than your life. Just accept it willingly."
Serea replied casually. Hearing this, lilith was a bit moved. She couldn't have imagined, after so many years of estrangent, that Serea would still be so willing to help her now that they had reunited.
Unaware of Lilith's feelings, Serea turned to Lola.
"I'll trouble you in a bit."
"You want to do it? Shouldn't the Queen do it herself?"
Lola looked puzzled.
"?"
"Yes. The Queen, as the leader of our people, is much more skilled at controlling natural energy than I am. So if Queen Serea performs the treatnt, the effect will be much better."
"Is that so?"
"Mhm."
"All right then."
Serea agreed, and Lola gave a slight bow.
"In that case, we won't disturb Miss Lilith's treatnt any further—just call us if you need anything, Your Majesty."
As Lola spoke, she had already grown into a professional handmaiden.
Everyone left, and only Lilith and Serea remained in the room.
"Are you ready? If you are, let's start the treatnt."
"Yes."
Lilith humd softly. Hearing this, Serea headed to the bathroom, took out a blood crystal, and entered the "Blood Frenzy" state. She could now nearly control this power perfectly.
And because the power of the vampire and the blood elf were connected, Serea was now even more adept at wielding natural energy in this state.
Looking at the buckets of Spring of Life, Serea noticed Lola had thoughtfully heated them up, so she used her blood tentacles to pull the Spring of Life into the bathroom and pour it into the bath. As the steam billowed, Serea turned to call out to Lilith outside.
"It's ready, co in."
"Oh."

The sound of water splashing again.
Lilith, her clothes already soaked, turned slightly to look at herself. Whether it was because of the water temperature or sothing else, her face was tinged with an odd flush.
"I'm about to begin."
After this, Serea leaned over to the bath, but because of the tub's sloped design, lilith had to sit in the very center to subrge her curse mark in the Spring of Life. From the outside, Serea could barely reach Lilith's back.
"If I'd known, I'd have switched to a different container..."
Serea muttered, standing and stretching out to reach Lilith's back. Seeing her sowhat comical posture, lilith turned her head and spoke softly.
"If it's too much trouble, Serea, you can co in as well."
"Eh?"
"It'll be more convenient, won't it?"
"Then move in a little."
"All right."
Lilith shifted to make room for Serea.

Serea's clothes beca soaked too as she got into the tub. At the sound, lilith turned her head, then blushed and quickly turned back.
Before she could think more, a slender palm pressed against the curse mark on her back through the bathrobe.
"Hang in there."
Serea gave a gentle reminder, then followed the thod Lola had taught her to communicate with natural energy. Although she couldn't cast "Healing Rain," she could still use natural energy to Purify the curse.
"Mmm."
Lilith let out a muffled whimper of pain as the curse mark gradually dimd and at the sa ti seared her body.
"If it hurts, you can cry out—don't hold it in."
"No, it's fine, I can bear it."
Lilith forced herself to be strong. But seeing the sweat on her forehead, Serea knew she wasn't as calm as she claid.
However, the treatnt would take a while, and it wouldn't do to just let Lilith endure it in silence. With that in mind, Serea tried to distract her with conversation.
"Rember what I asked you before? Now's as good a ti as any—why not tell about it?"
Serea was referring to the reason why Lilith's temperant suddenly changed and why she left Otto Kingdom back then.
When Serea asked her again, lilith replied in a low voice,
"Do you really want to know, Serea?"
