The rules are simple.

In the first round, Li Qin’an announced that the punishnt was truth, then started spinning the bottle. The bottle spun and spun and stopped on Chen Lan. It wasn’t too fierce at the beginning, so Chen Lan got through it peacefully.
Right after, there were a few more rounds of truth, none landing on Tong Yan.
