His words were clear—Old Mrs. Zhan was feigning illness.

#Not just an ordinary actor#

Uh, this is awkward.

Tong Yan was holding the fainted Old Mrs. Zhan, frozen in place, caught in a dilemma—should she leave or not?

In an instant, everyone seed as if they had been put on pause, all frozen, staring blankly at Old Mrs. Zhan in front of them.

Bo Yimo spoke casually, "Just send her to the nursing ho."

The nursing ho he was referring to was the most famous in S City, under military jurisdiction, with first-class environnt and dical facilities. Only retired governnt officials and business elites could get in, with its complex network of connections.

Old Mrs. Zhan had made quite a fuss to get in there initially. Mrs. Bo, unable to do anything, let her move in, but she ca out shortly after because of the strict managent—no doing this, no doing that, practically military-style governance.

Soone like Old Mrs. Zhan, who loved causing a ruckus, couldn’t stand it. Since then, she got angry whenever anyone ntioned it, showing a look of fear—who knows what she experienced inside.

#God knows what she experienced in there#

As soon as these words were spoken, Old Mrs. Zhan opened her eyes and hastily said, "Put down quickly!"

Everyone: ...

Are you kidding us!!

The old lady lay there, making everyone anxious, and now she’s telling them it was fake?!

It feels as if their hearts have been played like fools!

Tong Yan put her down.

Old Mrs. Zhan brushed off her clothes, particularly the places Tong Yan had touched, looking quite disdainful.

Tong Yan looked to the sky.

Suddenly felt like the panic just now was so damn foolish.

Butler: ...

Old Mrs. Zhan had caused quite a few incidents before, resorting to crying, making a fuss, or rolling on the ground. Now she learned to pretend to be sick—she’s actually improved.

#Why does this strangely bring relief#

Doctor Liang, standing at the door, stood there awkwardly, wondering whether she should go in to take a look.

However, after glancing at the poised and composed Bo Yimo, she chuckled enchantingly and went inside.

"Old lady, where do you feel unwell?"

Old Mrs. Zhan grumbled irritably, "Are you blind? Didn’t you see I just fainted? Hurry up and co check on ."

That tone was high and mighty, as if doing a favor.

It was her usual deanor, feeling that everyone else was her servant, thinking she was a notch above others.

But the doctor specially arranged by Mrs. Bo for Old Mrs. Zhan was far from ordinary.

Dr. Liang wasn’t one to fuss over trivial matters. The key was that Mrs. Bo offered excellent remuneration, and Old Mrs. Zhan’s antics were nothing more than verbal sparring. When content, she stirred up fewer troubles, allowing Dr. Liang to have more leisure, so why not enjoy it?

Dr. Liang went over, conducted a routine check-up, and chuckled, "Old Mrs. Zhan, you’re full of energy, perfectly healthy."

Old Mrs. Zhan fussed, "I felt dizzy just now. What kind of doctor are you? Could you be so quack trying to trick ?"

"Old Mrs. Zhan, I was invited here by Mrs. Bo. Are you questioning her judgnt?" Dr. Liang said lightly.

Old Mrs. Zhan instantly fell silent. She was sowhat intimidated by her younger daughter, especially after doing certain things back then; this younger daughter was not fond of her and hadn’t visited in a long ti.

After tidying up the dical kit, Dr. Liang walked over to Bo Yimo, took a few steps back and forth, then raised an eyebrow with a charming smile, "Young Master Bo, do you need to check your pulse?"
