Early the next morning, Tong Yan was woken up by the ringing of her phone. It was the police station calling, saying they needed to speak with her.
Tong Yan struggled to get out of bed, got ready, and went out.
Not long after she left, a shadow erged from the corner, walked up to the door, took sothing out, and soon, the door was open.
The figure entered and started rummaging through everything.
"It’s in the bottom drawer."
Obediently, the shadow crouched down, opened the drawer, and was just about to search when it suddenly froze.
"Why aren’t you continuing your search?"
Tong Yan, who was supposed to be at the police station, leaned against the living room door, with a half-smile, "Go on, Tang Tian."
It turned out to be a trap!
Tang Tian’s face twisted with malice, but when she turned around, she forced a timid smile like a white lotus, "Yanyan, what are you talking about? What am I looking for?"
Still pretending even now, that’s so thick skin.
Tong Yan’s expression turned cold as she tossed sothing to her, "This is what you’re looking for."
Tang Tian instinctively caught it, looked down, and saw it was a courier bag.
"Isn’t it familiar? It’s easy to trace using the tracking number." Tong Yan slowly approached her.
Tang Tian clutched the courier bag tightly, wanting to escape, but the only exit was blocked. She looked around...
"Stop looking, it’s just ." Tong Yan raised an eyebrow, coolly saying, "I’m more than enough to handle you."
Tang Tian gave a strange smile, "Tong Yan, you’re too naive. How could you track with just a tracking number? You don’t have any evidence."
"Oh." Tong Yan raised an eyebrow, "Who said there’s no evidence?"
While Tang Tian was caught off guard, Tong Yan snatched the courier bag from her hand and waved it around, "Isn’t this the evidence? It now has your fingerprints on it, you can’t escape it!"
Tang Tian’s face contorted with rage, looking incredibly fearso, "Tong Yan, you actually set a trap for !"
Tong Yan clicked her tongue twice, nodding calmly, "That’s right."
Tang Tian looked gloomy and murmured sinisterly, "Tong Yan, you will pay for what you’ve done!"
As soon as the words left her mouth, Tang Tian pulled out a knife from her pocket, attempting to stab her, but even before she made a move, Tong Yan kicked her away.
She literally flew from one end to the other, crashing into the wall with a loud bang, then fell to the floor.
Tong Yan walked up to her, stepped on her foot, "Overestimate yourself!"
After speaking, Tong Yan clapped her hands, "Brother Feng, she’s yours."
She had to go to the police station to deliver the evidence, and yes, it was indeed evidence now.
Gu Feng erged from the room, and seeing the towering Gu Feng, Tang Tian turned her hateful gaze toward Tong Yan, almost grinding her teeth, "Tong Yan, you tricked !"
Tong Yan nodded, "That’s right, I tricked you."
She shalessly admitted it.
Tong Yan added salt to the wound, "But whether I tricked you or not, this would be your outco." Clearly, she couldn’t win against her.
Tang Tian wanted to rush to fight her, but she was tied up by Gu Feng, unable to move.
Tong Yan walked to the door, then ca back, slapped her several tis, the sound crisp and loud, only then nodding with satisfaction, muttering to herself, "Now that feels good."
With that said, she left in high spirits.
