Jiang Ran and Pei Huai walked together at the back, neither fast nor slow.
It was still early, so even at this pace to the night school, they wouldn’t be late at all.
Before eting, it seed like they had countless things to say to each other, but now that they were actually face to face, Jiang Ran suddenly didn’t know what to say.
However, even though neither of them spoke, the atmosphere between them did not make them feel awkward or uncomfortable at all.
The good relationship between the two was not because they had endless things to say, but because even if neither spoke, the atmosphere was never awkward.
Jiang Ran felt that she and Pei Huai had reached this stage.
They leisurely arrived at the school gate, and Jiang Ran and Pei Huai stopped at the sa ti.
"Okay, you go back, spend so ti with Little Jing, he’s been missing you for a while."
Pei Huai nodded, "I know, I’ll put him to sleep in a bit, and when you’re done with school, I’ll co pick you up."
"I’m not Little Jing." Jiang Ran shook her head, "No need to pick up."
"In my heart, you and Little Jing are the sa," Pei Huai said bluntly.
Hearing Pei Huai say this, Jiang Ran couldn’t help but laugh.
Having soone who treats you like a child isn’t such a bad thing after all.
Since Pei Huai was willing to co, she let him.
Jiang Ran waved her hand at Pei Huai, "I’m heading in first."
After walking through the gate, Jiang Ran saw Pei Yang and Pei Shanshan standing side by side.
Seeing the two of them, Jiang Ran looked puzzled, "Why aren’t you two going inside the classroom? What are you doing standing here?"
Hearing Jiang Ran’s words, the expressions of both changed noticeably.
Why were they standing here?
Weren’t they waiting here for Jiang Ran?
Seeing their expressions, Jiang Ran roughly guessed what they were thinking, and quickly put on a smile, "Alright, alright, hurry up to class!"
Indeed, it was almost ti for class, so Pei Yang and Pei Shanshan nodded, not saying much more.
Class ti passed quickly, and after school, Jiang Ran ca out of the classroom and saw Pei Huai waiting outside.
"How did you get inside?" Jiang Ran asked, sowhat surprised.
"I told them I was here to pick you up after school, so they let in."
Hearing Pei Huai’s answer, Jiang Ran also laughed.
Jiang Ran knew Pei Huai wasn’t telling the whole truth, but it didn’t matter.
Jiang Ran quickly walked over to Pei Huai, standing side by side with him, waiting for Pei Shanshan and Pei Yang.
It was already completely dark, and even though there were streetlights on the road back, Jiang Ran wasn’t comfortable with Pei Yang and Pei Shanshan walking alone.
Soon enough, Pei Shanshan and Pei Yang ca out, and the four of them headed towards the gate together.
All four of them were extrely good-looking, and walking together like this naturally drew a lot of attention.
Many people had wanted to approach Jiang Ran before, but Jiang Ran was always cold, without a smile.
Now seeing Jiang Ran smiling so brightly and walking alongside others, how could they not be surprised?
After the surprise, they began to wonder who those people standing with Jiang Ran were.
At this point, soone laughed and spoke up.
"I have to say, are you guys really that dumb, or just blind? Or are you playing dumb on purpose? Just look at how similar that guy looks to Pei Yang, it’s obvious that’s Pei Yang’s big brother!"
