Yesterday she should have taught Liu ii a lesson right then, rather than letting that Spiritual Power lie dormant in her body, waiting until today to cause pain.
"Now, are you still going to rob ?" Jiang Xue asked again. The man shook his head in defeat, saying, "No, we don’t dare."
"Will you smash my car later?"
"No, we don’t dare either."
"Good, rember what you said, or I’ll beat you until even your parents won’t recognize you."
After saying this, Jiang Xue paid no more attention to these people and headed to class with her backpack. Entering the classroom, Liu ii was indeed nowhere to be seen. Jiang Xue curled her lips into a smile, feeling quite pleased.
With Liu ii absent, Jiang Xue naturally couldn’t cause her any trouble, so for today, this matter would be put on hold until next ti.
After finishing the morning classes, Jiang Xue went to the cafeteria to eat. While eating, her phone rang again. She took it out and saw it was Principal Huang calling, asking her to visit his office after her al.
Jiang Xue agreed, and after eating, she headed straight to the principal’s office.
"Jiang Xue, you’re here!" Principal Huang was very happy to see Jiang Xue. Last night, his friend, after hearing that he could choose exactly what he wanted written, started thinking about it and just figured it out by this morning.
Originally, Principal Huang had intended to send Jiang Xue a ssage, but upon seeing the considerable number of words in his friend’s list, he decided to call her over directly.
Jiang Xue smiled and then asked, "I wonder what the principal wishes to see about?"
Principal Huang didn’t speak but handed Jiang Xue his friend’s list of words, then said, "These are the words my friend wanted written; see if you can write them."
Jiang Xue took a look, and wow, there were indeed quite a few words. Fortunately, she had ntioned needing so ti yesterday, otherwise with that many words, it would take her at least five hours to finish writing them, which would indeed delay her piano practice.
Principal Huang glanced at Jiang Xue, not missing the fleeting expression on her face, and hastily asked, "How about it, can you write them?"
"I can write them, but given the number of words, the price will be higher." Jiang Xue did a quick ntal calculation and then said, "If I sold this piece, it would be at least three hundred thousand. But since it’s for Principal Huang’s friend, I’ll give you a discount, two hundred fifty thousand."
Principal Huang hadn’t expected Jiang Xue’s work to command such a high price. However, on second thought, the old man’s four characters at ho were already one hundred fifty thousand, so it didn’t seem expensive anymore.
"Sure, I’ll convey your offer to my friend and see what he thinks."
"I’ll wait for your news," Jiang Xue nodded slightly, glancing at the ti on the wall; it was nearly one o’clock, so she said, "Principal, if there’s nothing else, I won’t disturb your rest."
"Alright, you go ahead. Visit us at ho when you have ti; the old man has been looking forward to it."
Jiang Xue nodded, agreed with an "okay," and then left the principal’s office. As for how the principal would communicate with his friend, that was not Jiang Xue’s concern.
Jiang Xue quickly returned to the classroom, and just as she sat down, Qian Wei and Liu Yiming walked over together.
"What’s up?" Jiang Xue glanced at them and asked coolly.
Qian Wei and Liu Yiming exchanged a look, then Liu Yiming spoke up, "Jiang Xue, Liu ii took a leave today."
"I know," Jiang Xue replied, looking at Liu Yiming, a bit puzzled as to why he was bringing this up specifically. Could it be that Liu ii had said sothing to them?
