Jiang Xue noticed that Mr. Mu still wanted to eat, but she didn’t cook more. Instead, she said to him, "Mr. Mu, you’ve already eaten quite a lot; don’t eat too much in one sitting. If you get hungry later, I’ll cook sothing else for you."
Mr. Mu, seeing Jiang Xue’s words, couldn’t say much more. Reluctantly, he replied, "Alright then, if I’m hungry later, you’ll have to cook for ."
"Don’t worry, I will definitely cook for you," Jiang Xue said with a smile.
Mr. Mu was delighted, then stood up and headed towards the living room.
Jiang Xue needed to clean up the dishes, so she carried Little Reunion to Mr. Mu and said, "Mr. Mu, I’m going to clean up. Could you watch Little Reunion for ?"
"Sure, no problem, you go ahead!"
So, Jiang Xue handed Little Reunion over to Mr. Mu and went off to wash the dishes.
Though Little Reunion had forgotten Mr. Mu, he didn’t cry; instead, he smiled at him.
Seeing Little Reunion smile at him, Mr. Mu’s heart softened imdiately, and he reached out to hold him.
Housekeeper Lin, watching, was startled and quickly said, "Sir, don’t move. I’ll carry the little master to you."
As he spoke, he picked up Little Reunion and handed him to Mr. Mu.
Mr. Mu happily held Little Reunion, smiling warmly at him. At that mont, Little Reunion suddenly stood up and kissed him on the cheek.
Mr. Mu was stunned, staring blankly at Little Reunion, unable to react for a long ti.
It was only after Little Reunion kissed him again that Mr. Mu reacted, and his old face blood into a smile.
"Zi’an, Zi’an, Little Reunion kissed ," Mr. Mu said excitedly.
"Yes, yes, yes, I saw it; the little master kissed you twice," Housekeeper Lin said with a smile.
"Haha, Little Reunion likes ," Mr. Mu laughed heartily.
In the kitchen washing dishes, Jiang Xue couldn’t help but smile at Mr. Mu’s laughter, a curve forming on her lips.
After tidying up the kitchen, she walked out to see Mr. Mu holding Little Reunion’s arms, letting his tiny feet kick around on his legs.
"Son, don’t be too rowdy, don’t tire out your great-grandpa,"
Little Reunion, hearing Jiang Xue’s words, cheekily winked at her before calming down.
Seeing Mr. Mu looking a bit tired, Jiang Xue took Little Reunion from his hands and said, "Mr. Mu, would you like to rest for a bit?"
"Is it convenient here?" Mr. Mu, indeed feeling tired, asked while looking at Jiang Xue.
"It’s no trouble; I’ll just tidy up a bit,"
Jiang Xue said this as she got up and headed towards the guest room.
Reaching the guest room door, Jiang Xue rembered this wasn’t ho and wondered if there were any blankets or quilts.
She opened the guest room door and gazed at the bed. Seeing it, she sighed in relief.
As expected, Mu Qiancheng was reliable. Everything needed was on the bed, and it was all new, just like their room.
Relieved, Jiang Xue turned on the air conditioning in the room before leaving.
"Mr. Mu, everything is ready; you can go and rest," Jiang Xue said to Mr. Mu with a smile.
"Alright, I’ll go take a nap."
Mr. Mu stood up, and Housekeeper Lin stepped forward to support him towards the guest room.
Once they entered and closed the door, Jiang Xue, carrying the child, also returned to her room afterwards.
The first thing Jiang Xue did upon returning to the room was send a ssage to Mu Qiancheng, informing him that Mr. Mu had co.
Jiang Xue knew Mu Qiancheng was attending class and didn’t have ti to reply, so after sending the ssage, she put her phone away and went for a nap with her son.
